I was very happy with this hotel. Extremely kind staff, great breakfasts, free parking, 24/7 restaurant. The room was quite noisy and I'd say to European standards below average from utilities/fittings perspective. On the other we had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big living room with a kitchen corner and washing machine. For the price I was more than happy overall.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. Friendly staff, anything you ask they will provide it to you, they were so helpful and cooperative. Also rooms comparing to the prices are very nice and valuable. That’s why I used to stay in this hotel :)

Nothing, actually for me everything is fine. One suggestion only, they can turn on some classic music in the lobby and turn on AC in the lobby as well. I think that would make it very nice and more lovely.

The staffs were professional, quick to respond helpful specially The AM manager and Mandees , who was very cooperative and humble throughout my stay.

The cleaning stuff in kitchen was not provided , set of cuttlerues was not sufficiently placed.

The unit was clean, and the staff responded to all requests almost instantly - thanks to the housekeepers (especially Rakhib). There is a well-equipped gym, and breakfasts and dinners were yummy.

Kitchen equipment and furniture could do with an update. Otherwise the rest was fine.

one cafeteria/kitchen staff (chef) answered rude to me just because his other staff has miscommunication with me regarding the payment for food which was only worth 20 aed he talk rude like i am running from that 20 dh meal😂 which was his new staff fault for giving me wrong information.

You need to cleaning insects and flies need to focus more on pest control . Please make sure everything working example channels and also do AC service to check cooling especially in summer
