The staff was very friendly and attentive. The cleaners were polite and helpful, making sure there is always a new supply of bottled water. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. There was a variety of food in the restaurant, and it was always of excellent quality.

The access to the beach was restricted due to renovation works on a grand scale. There was nowhere to go for a walk, because the seaside of Ajman was fenced off. At times, the works were getting so loud, it was impossible to rest in the hotel room. A rather small beach organized for tourists was getting very crowded at times.

Staff , cleanliness, food and facilities

I have stayed at the nearby Ramada hotel many times. It is the same group of hotels and the level of service is same very good. A big bonus of the hotel is that all rooms have a sea view. Because the city view will not please you. Good breakfast and dinner. Clean rooms.

Air conditioners need cleaning. The egg station at breakfast is located in another hole, so ordering eggs or an omelet is inconvenient. There were issues with laundering, everything is organized very inconveniently, unlike the neighboring Ramada. There is also a remark about the electrical sockets. At least half of the guests in the hotel are from the CIS countries and it is unclear why there is not at least one European socket in the room.

The staff were excellent. Reception, F&B, Wellness, Housekeeping, everyone was trying to assist and welcome you. Ladies at reception were very helpful and friendly, especially Katrin and lady from Kyrgyzstan (sorry, didn’t ask her name) who was always nice and smiling, helping numerous guests from RF. The room size was generous for 4 star hotel. The room was nicely decorated by Housekeeping Team on the second day of our staying. Indian food was delicious. The hotel has small but well equipped gym, steam and sauna which we liked to use.

It is very crowded during meal service time, some people needed to wait until free places become available. The hotel is facing the road, so it can be noisy during night. The beach is also very crowded as this is shared with other hotels. Sometimes you can not find the sunbeds with umbrella. Not really clear what the standards for quantities of amenities in the room and also drinking water bottles are. Sometimes we had more, sometimes less. But it’s ok, not a big deal)

This was our second visit, and once again, we were blown away by the outstanding service provided by your staff. From the housekeeping team to the dining staff and front desk personnel, everyone was amazing. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and we found ourselves dining there almost every day. Overall, our stay was truly amazing, and we are already looking forward to planning our next visit. Thank you for creating such a wonderful environment

We arrived early for checking time and hoped they let us in but was disappointed that we had to stay till almost the checking time

The property is in excellent location for beach lovers! Breakfast was super good,fresh and vast selection! My husband received sweet present from the hotel on his birthday! It was a delight!

As all inclusive no one was always there to attend when wanting a beverage so sometimes had to wait a while to get a drink

Spent a fantastic vacation with my wife here! The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is so polite and helpful, the location is a perfect match for those who just like beach, sea, and chill atmosphere. Besides, the hotel offers free round trip transfer to Dubai Mall, so we saved a lot on Uber and had time for shopping and visiting Dubai Oceanarium. The food was delicious and high-quality in general, but sometimes the sea food options were a little bit over-cooked, that’s why my rate is 9 out of 10. Additionally need to thank the cleaning personnel, they made a lovely surprise in our room and always wondered whether we need cleaning and new towels. Recommend!!

Hotel’s private beach has been removed to far from the hotel due to corniche renovation. No information about that on booking.com, no notes from the hotel itself. Now it takes 18 min by walk to reach the hotel beach or you can use a shuttle bus… The beach now isn’t so cosy as before. Many sharp stones in water at the shore. Or favorite Freedom TV channel was removed 🤨

Own pool, own beach (very clean), own pool life guides. I would especially like to thank Aisha. She is very reliable, responsive and she likes all the kids. If you are on a holiday and want to combine a beautiful beach and a walk around the city, I can definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is 50 minutes from the city, but the hotel provides a free shuttle service to Dubai. The food was very tasty and well worth the money. Very beautiful view from every apartments. Shopping possibilities near the hotel. Thank you

If you are with small kids and you want go to Dubai city you have to calculate the transit time 1h in one way and 1h back to the hotel. With small kids it’s not always easy.
