We had an amazing experience at Paramount hotel. The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of our trip with such an awesome view. The staff was welcoming and professional. We highly recommend this hotel! It is very reasonably prices considering the location and amelities it provides. Just a recommendation for the other guests: the sunbeds in the pool area get filled very fast every day so you should be quite early if you want one.

I would give the hotel a 10 out of 10, if it wasnt for the little incident. So i give it an 8. Amazing views from the swimming pool. Most (see negative section) staff members were great and provided really high standard of service. Very professional and caring for the guests. The hotel is gorgeous, classy and artistic. A great choice if you need to be in midtown Dubai. Good value for money.

Front desk person, (i believe her name was Aya) approach to helping resolving a client's issue was less than acceptable. She showed the below wrongdoings: - Lack of knowledge on how to change a reservation name - Assertively repeating wrong information, even after being explained by the client she is not correct - Lack of empathy with the client issue, failing to understand that a client will not want to call Booking.com due mobile and network limitations - Stubbornness and rude facial expressions - Once manager proceeded with the system change, Aya did not even apologise for the error and continued with the defiant attitude. No need for that at all.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff and pool view to Burj Khalifa. BUT: the hotel is very crowded, you barely get to find a place at the pool, near the hotel there is a construction site (noise and dust), the door to the balcony doesn’t close properly so you hear all the trafic (there is a highway passing by), average breakfast.

The hotel surprised me with a birthday Cake 🎂. Very very wonderful. This, I will never forget and I will come back again. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful but unfortunately I forgot his name. The one who checked us in on10th at close to midnight. The housekeeper Asif was wonderful and kept the room clean. The movie themes are great and breakfast was very good. Allot of variety continental breakfast and and English. Actually all walks of life were catered for.

That they don't have complimentary shuttle services to Dubai mall or any beach.

I loved this hotel - picked it due to pool pics - didn't realize it was tied to the Paramount Brand. So it exceeded expectations. The breakfasts buffet is exceptional.

Housekeeping folks need to be managed more - they missed details on a daily basis - like on a few days left only one large towel. Returned the robs in two days.

We arrived early not expecting our room to be ready but were delighted to be told it was, only to be disappointed when we were told an extra charge of 1 nights accommodation was payable for early check-in.

What I enjoyed most about the hotel was the swimming pool, it had a really pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. But that wasn’t the only highlight. The hotel is also very well located, making it easy to catch a taxi, and most of the main attractions are just 15 to 20 minutes away. The hospitality was outstanding; every staff member was genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond in their service. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the place. Even the breakfast was exceptionally good. One thoughtful gesture that stood out was when we informed the hotel about our early morning airport pickup. Since the restaurant would be closed at that time, they kindly arranged a boxed breakfast for us. I really appreciated that extra level of care. Lastly, the hotel’s theme and decor were perfectly in line with its name, adding to the overall charm of the experience.

The hotel is very nice but we had a small surprise when we got there. All tho the building is 64 stories high, the hotel is just on the 14th - 25th floor. The rest is residential apartments. So if you pay more and book a city view, you get a city side view but we got 15th floor, so there’s not that much to see. And I booked 5 months ahead so I was at least expecting a higher room. Sadly no. The room itself was very spacious and luxurious. Word of advice, if you get the city view room, it can be a bit noisy and the noise is coming from the Lamborghinis that drive past. Breakfast is really good. Not just the food but also the dining area. We tried also a hotel restaurant called paparazzi. The food was good but that interior needs a makeover. The hotel definitely was missing a cozy evening romantic atmosphere lounge. 64th floor pool. Really nice view but be prepared to go there 8 in the morning to get good sun beds. That’s that I guess :)

The team at Paramount Hotel Midtown are beyond exceptional. Every ask is met with a yes. The staff go above and beyond to connect with their guests and fulfill their asks and requests. They do everything they can to accommodate your requests. Special thank yous and mentions to Nari, Hayat, Aaron, Akul, Ashish, Irfan & Jasper, Cecil, and the entire service staff and house keeping team who would arrange for the smallest asks no questions asked. The laundry team gets a special shout out especially Srini and his team who have been so prompt with the laundry turn around and even went out of their way to help me fix a damaged jacket. I stayed for just about two weeks and is now my hotel of choice in the city. Everything is done to make the stay as close to home as possible. You can't go wrong with the team at Paramount Midtown!

An excellent experience, I would like to say thank you to Asif, the excellent guy from the room service, a dear man who does his job as well as possible, the room was clean and everything was excellent, he brought me everything I asked for, worthy of praise and credit Asif, I would be happy if you even show him the message because he really deserves it Thank you, and thank you to the entire hotel staff, it was amazing. See you next time, that's for sure!
