The overall ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant, and I really enjoyed the view from my room. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Both the beach and the pool were well-maintained and added to the relaxing experience.

However, the hair dryer in the room was faulty, and the shower head was partially broken. Additionally, there was no toothbrush available in the room, which is typically expected in such accommodations. At check-in, despite showing my Booking.com confirmation number, the receptionist initially refused to check me in, stating that I needed the hotel confirmation number since the booking was made by someone else. Only after some delay did she locate my name in the system and confirmed that the booking had indeed been transferred to me. Unfortunately, this caused unnecessary inconvenience and left a poor first impression.

It was a tiring weekend, and we just wanted to unwind and so we decided to book a stay at the Hamptons in Marjan Island. It was our first time in Marjan, and it felt like a proper vacation from the moment we arrived! The vibe of the hotel was so relaxing, the service was spot on, and everything exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the two restaurants on-site—the Asian restaurant had great flavors, and the sports bar was the perfect casual spot to chill. I’ve already recommended it to my friends, and we’re planning to come back, hopefully for a longer stay next time, maybe two nights!

My stay overall was good, and the staff were amazing—especially the cheerful lady who checked me in. I believe her name was Dinah; she was absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome from the start. I also really enjoyed The Claw BBQ; I had a cocktail there, and it was so good!

Upon check-in, I noticed my room had a strong smell of smoke. I realize I didn’t request a non-smoking room, so that might have been the reason. While I was at the beach, I bought a pizza from a small kiosk, but unfortunately, it didn’t taste well-cooked and wasn’t enjoyable. I had requested both a shower cap and a dental kit, but only received the dental kit. The staff member mentioned she would return with the shower cap but never came back. Also, my room service order previous night took quite a long time to arrive and wasn’t correct when it finally did.

I did not like the behavior or the bar man Gladson he was very rude not only to me even to few customers there , he need to go for a customer service training and learn how to talk to people around . Pizza tuna was not available since a long time as per the staff there and I believe they must remove it from the menu The pool was a bit hot , must of the hotels in uae are having cooler pools .

I loved the fact that the staff was SO friendly and enthusiastic. The bell boy was so cheerful and helpful. The front office team was kind enough to give us a late checkout as we needed more time. We ordered room picnic and the lady that came to deliver our food was also so lovely and so professional. I think the staff really made the stay more enjoyable for us. They also fulfilled all of my requests. The breakfast has a huge variety and we were spoilt for choice!

The check-in ladies were still in training so took quite some time. The rooms had no amenities like dental kit etc (I don’t know if it’s available on request) but also sanitary bags which are quite necessary when you travel with females. The spa and recreation staff were very unhelpful and sarcastic. The steam room was not switched on, we went to tell them about it, they said WE should call engineering team by ourselves (as if we work there) then when we left they said maybe it will be working tomorrow and we went again the next day and still the same so that was disappointing. No valet service

The peaceful atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing staycation. The staff were very friendly and helpful — especially Carlo from the front office who made our stay even better by helping us extend our booking easily. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, the service made us feel truly welcomed.

Some small room amenities like dental kits, water bottles, and slippers were not already placed in the room, so we had to call housekeeping to request them. Sorry for the inconvenience to the staff — they were very kind and responsive, though!

I had an amazing stay, The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, giving the whole place a relaxed, coastal vibe. You can even hear the waves from your room.. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of variety to start the day right. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chill beach getaway.

The only thing I didn’t love was the rule about not being allowed in the swimming pool with clothes on. I understand it’s for hygiene, but it felt a bit limiting. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—I really enjoyed my stay.

Impeccable cleanliness and extremely kind staff … prepared for every eventuality And I had an unexpected issue when our vehicle’s tyre got punctured during my stay. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and supportive. I want to give a special thank you to Hasan and his team at reception for their kind assistance — they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation. Highly appreciate their hospitality and excellent service. Would definitely recommend this hotel for their caring and professional staff.

Overall in all aspects was good and convenient.

Nothing to mention, unfortunately for hotels and restaurants, I have “a strong sense” of smell, so even the slightest hint of rancidity I can smell, and almost all hotels use machines for washing and drying and unfortunately many (but not all) of the utensils, forks, spoons and knives have a rancid/egg smell left on them.

Everything. From the check in till checkout, we were taken care of like they value our presence. Especially Karlo at concierge who upgraded us. Felt like we were in Moscow 😁 as the majority of the guests were from Russia on those days. We stayed 2 nights and no complains whatsoever. Surely we will stay in Hampton before end of the year.

Not a complain, but if FnB department can include more vegetarian Asian dishes for the breakfast, it would be highly appreciated.
