The cleanliness and the check in and out.

The mattress was way to hard and the breakfast had not many selections. At the coffee station had no cream. The lady there at the breakfast was very kind and said they were out of several things. The shower just had a stream plus the shower head was not a good one at all. For almost 200.00 a night you would think you would get more and a much better room and breakfast. The next time I'll stay at some cheaper hotel that is just as good as this one at half the price. From now on it will be Holiday Inn Express for me.

Breakfast was great bed was clean and comfortable rest of room was clean. When I asked if housekeeping could get garage and fresh towels they did and even made beds up

When i asked for 12pm check out instead of telling me it was ok like they usually do i was told I had to come talk to manager at 7 the next morning

Breakfast was very good for a hotel free breakfast. We did have to wait about 20 mins for eggs and potatoes to be replenished The juice cups are extremely small, maybe 4 oz only. An 8 oz would be preferable. breakfast was really good tho and they have a waffle making station so you can make your own waffles and have them hot when you are ready. Also had sugar free syrup which many places do not have.

There was a computer glitch when we checked in and they did not show our reservations on a printout. There was sonsiderable road noise in the early morning, especially from loud trucks.

I liked the convenience of being close to Buffalo wild wings. Across the street from food giant. The property is wonderful. Inside is very cozy and relaxing. The breakfast buffet is a good range of food.

My stay could have been. Longer. Wish I would have brought my swim trunks haha. The fitness room looked good too.

Loved the big shower with the amazing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in shower!! Lover the hand wash and lotion by the sink. The bed was and covers were AMAZING!! Also my husband said the breakfast was the best he has had at a hotel!

The only thing I would recommend is better pillows!! I have a bad back and shoulder and even with 2 pillows they went flat and I was in horrible pain

The entire facility was very clean and nicely decorated! The staff was AMAZING. Very friendly and helpful!

The noise from the nearby road was very easy to hear from the far side of the property.

The cleaners and the lady that was serving breakfast. She was a breath of fresh air, conversation, wise, and very clean and professional.

Plenty of room in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I booked a handicap room with a walk in shower with queen beds but was not given that type of room(had a tub with hand rails).

We were there for baseball. This hotel is very close to the park we played at. The hotel is new and clean. The complimentary breakfast was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
