I recently stayed at this 3-star hotel and had an outstanding experience. The facilities are in excellent condition, exceptionally clean, and modern. The staff is incredibly polite and friendly. Stephan at the reception was very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen staff during breakfast were also extremely kind and attentive, though I regret not remembering the names of the women who served us. The breakfast was incredible, far surpassing those of other hotels in the same category where I’ve stayed in the past. I give this hotel a 10/10.

It was an excellent sized room, every thing was neat and tidy. Check in was effortless and the front desk answered all my questions. Location to the venue was 7 minutes away and food in the area was not far either.

Our room key for some reason didn't work for the ice machine on our floor so we had to go down to the first floor.

The staff were awesome, always welcomed you with a smile and accommodating with any questions. The breakfast options were limited but good. The room was comfortable.

The bed was too soft for my back, but no complaints!

Friendly staff who were attentive to your requests & made every effort to resolve issues. Clean, comfortable bed, great hot breakfast. Very nice outdoor pool. Located in quiet suburb.

close to 75 and outlet mall.which meant we didn't hVE TO GO FAR. very clean and staff helpful. liked the free breakfast it was very good and had plenty of ob . Not many restaurants in the area but we managed.

Very nice place.

We stayed on floor 5 the first night, then on our return we stayed on floor 4. Floor 5 smelled clean and our room smelled clean. Floor 4 smelled like b.o. and our room smelled like b. o.

The best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. The eggs were a lovely change from scrambled, and sausage patties instead of links were a nice change too. The potatoes were fantastic!

Every single aspect was excellent. The receptionist (JayLeah?), when I registered, was most personable and pleasant and responsive to my needs; I was most impressed. The breakfast was delicious and offered many options. The room was spacious and clean and well-stocked (amenities).

Everything was terrific! VERY overly spacious room. 2 beds & comfortable sofa mini dining area with frig/coffee maker and microwave. Super clean room and very comfortable bed and pillows. Super friendly staff!!

Breakfast was ok. Variety of standard items but the hot food just did not look very appealing.
