Very nice apartment with comfortable beds and spacious layout. Limited kitchen utensils and had to ask for a coffee machine/kettle. Unfortunately never had any room maintenance in 6 days and no change of towels despite being told cleaning was every 3 days. Pool area was nice too and convenient 5 minute walk to beach and Collins Avenue. Would stay here again.

No room cleaning or change of towels and had to ask for additional toilet paper. Not enough plates and cups and some broken. Still waiting for return of deposit.

Friendly Staff at check-in, casual atmosphere, met some very nice people in the Lobby. Definitely great value for the money in this area!! Very good location in South Beach, walking distance to the beach/ boardwalk path, and several restaurants and shopping. This older Apartment Hotel is clean and well appointed, but not extravagant- no Spa services, no restaurant here. The window coverings provided good "blackout" allowing us to sleep in comfortably after a long day travelling. Interesting decor in our room! A very old wooden Surveyor's tripod base served as a Lampstand. Old wooden Armoire/ chests painted in vintage 50's (40's?) decor.. Good WIFI in the room and near Lobby area. Outdoor Pool area was clean and not overcrowded, certainly adequate seating, lounging chairs. Pool Towels available at the Front Desk, readily provided by friendly staff.

Rooms were tastefully decorated and clean, if somewhat dated. Basic Kitchen amenities were adequate. Room cleaning/ bed remake available Daily, but we opted for every 2nd day services.

The apartment is clean. The staff is helpful, but doesn't disturb you unnecessarily: the room cleaning and bedding/towels replacement are only per request. Basic kitchen dishes and appliances are provided in addition to a full size stove and refrigerator: coffee maker, toaster, blender, one stainless pot and one stainless pan, some plates, bowls, cups and glasses. Toiletries provided include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, body lotion and toilet paper. There is a nice inner yard with some furniture that you can use to relax outdoors.

The toilet paper is the worst I've ever used in my life, it's just falling apart in your hands before you even use it. No paper towels in the kitchen (there is a cotton towel, though), no coffee filters or coffee provided. You can get everything you need in one of the supermarkets nearby, though.

Perfect location, close to everything, 2-5 minutes car ride, 5 minutes walk to beach In general clean facility and having nice pool with good pool furniture. Lovely inner yard with nice sitting furniture, instagram pick.

The staff is not really friendly and absolutely headache situation to found a free parking spot.

Its was supposed to be 100% smoke free but people smoking cannabis around the pool and outside our room it was coming through vents. Also a guy sat outside our room spitting constantly.

The apartment was very large and although it was close to the pool it was quiet, there were some noises at night coming from other rooms. They don't do daily cleaning, but when we asked they complied and our room was very clean, and the person who cleaned it was very attentive to detail. The garden and pool area were always very clean, pool/beach towels were provided. There was coffee and tea available at reception, and on the day we checked out, we were able to enjoy the pool area after hours. The location of the apartment was excellent, close to the beach and also close to a bicycle station and markets. I recommend you buy the city bike rental package, it's very worthwhile to cycle around and enjoy the city.

The air conditioning was very noisy and the curtains didn't completely block out the light. No beach chairs or parasols were provided. The freezer wasn't working properly, it only kept drinks cold, but our ice cream completely melted.

The pool was not usable part of our stay due to renovations. The hotel referred me to booking.com You never replied so I will never use your services again.

- very big room, huge living room, lots of space, comfy bed - 5min away from the beach - clean ! Housekeepers are adorable. Housekeeping is on request only, and you need to request it 24h in advance.

- not as noisy as I’ve read in other comments. I’d recommend sleeping with earplugs if you’re used to very quiet environnements. AC could also disturb your sleep if you’re a light sleeper - the only thing that was not great was that there’s no luggage storage after check out. if you have a late flight, you’ll need to figure it out on your own or book an additional night at the hotel to keep your room (they offer free late check out until 12pm only and pending availability)

The hotel is located in a great, quiet area — very close to the ocean and the bus stop. It’s easy to get anywhere from here. I really liked that there was a kitchen with a pot, pan, and dishes available. The sofa turns into a bed, but in our apartment it was a bit uncomfortable because the bed frame could be felt in the middle. One time, our key stopped working, but the front desk staff fixed it right away. The pool was clean. Overall, we had a very good experience!

Excellent location as three blocks from the beach. On a good bus route, 150 direct to the airport or 100 to Adventura Mall, plus the free trolley bus. Also ten min walk to a Publix supermarket. Rooms are large and spacious and quiet if away from the swimming pool. Hotel is in a very safe residential location but a few mins walk to bars and restaurants. Very handy that they also provide beach towels every day

The property is a little dated and could do with more kitchen essentials like pots and pans.
