The staff was amazing! The hotel is dated, but you can tell they care about it's upkeep. We were in the area to attend a wedding and had a pickup truck bed full of decor and it was about to rain. We were allowed to check in early which saved all the decor from being washed out which was a lifesaver. The hotel has worked with local restaurants to provide eating discounts which we utilized and there are restaurants within walking distance which made it easy. The hotels location was close to just about everything you could need which again was a lifesaver because in true wedding fashion we always were short something and had to run out to the store.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are good size. The staff was helpful, and the ladies overseeing the breakfast area did a great job.

Staying multiple nights, we removed the "do not disturb" sign to get our rooms cleaned and get clean towels. They weren't done, and we had to go down when returning in the evening to get our own clean towels. There was someone staying in the room above us who we could clearly, loudly walking back and forward in his room. Finally, be sure when sitting down in the rolling office chair that you are going to land all the way back in the seat. On two occasions, when sitting down in the chair and not landing all the way back. We slid right off the chair directly onto the floor as the chair rolled back on the laminate floor.

Beds were comfortable, room was nice and clean.

I became very sick and had to leave early. When leaving, I was given a list of expenses and credits. No where on there is a listing of being charged the day's taxes on the room and an early cancellation fee-none of which I agreed to, btw, or signed my agreement to. Talk about "nickel and dime"-ing you to death, and then they blamed it on a third party: booking.com!

Breakfasts were very good. One kitchen staff wasn't too friendly. But, there was another person that I noticed in both the office and kitchen. She was very pleasant, making up for the one in the kitchen that wasn't. However; front desk staff are AMAZING!!

That one unpleasant kitchen staff person. No speaking or smiling with anyone entering the kitchen.

I didn’t like paying a deposit. I usually pay for my room online and when I get there it is already taken care of, however, I was charged another $100 after I arrived, and I was not anticipating that.

Very clean and comfortable king suite with everything that I needed apart from one thing that I will explain in the "what didn't you like?" box.

The only thing that the room could have done with is USB sockets. A lot of hotels have the ability to charge your phone but there were no USB ports in my room.

One front staff woman was not as friendly she would not provide me with extra towels and told me to go ask the cleaning woman on my floor… she seemed put out I would ask in the morning… there were four of us in the room for 4 days and 3 women … 2 with long hair… just needed some extra towels for the hair drying.

We stayed here to attend a family party near by and we couldn't of been happier with our choice. From start (owner/front desk extremely patience with our CC issues) to finish and everything in between was great. The owners obviously care about the guests and you see it. Fresh baked cookies (out of this world good!! BTW) and coffee/cold water , tea bags available 24/7 The breakfast is perfect with breakfast sandwiches and homemade waffles (even had chocolate chips) along with fresh juice etc. Vending machines on site for snacks and drinks too! Pool is small but immaculately clean. They are currently renovating mainly the floors but it wasn't at all an inconvenience or noisy. Anything you can imagine is available near by. If you can't find something it's not fault of the area! The hotel even offers discounts at the local eatery's. 20% off at IHOP Can't wait to come back

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms. No problems at all. Texting feature was great for communicating about our stay. Requested extra towels and toilet paper via app and they were there when we got back. Our unexpected turn down after night two was a great surprise! Will definitely be returning.

The pool was good but kinda small but hey we got to swim in Georgia in January! Our room was a king and they could have put an extra chair in the corner along with the office chair for comfort.
