Close to several restaurants, shopping and the movies. I chose the hotel because of its location. The lady that supervises the breakfast is very nice and helpful. Offered to personally make me a waffle. Also gave information about the restaurants nearby that give discounts to hotel guests.

Housekeeping. There is a sticker on the bathroom mirror saying that you need to inform the front desk if you want your room cleaned. We were there from Friday night until Tuesday morning and Housekeeping didn't show up at all. One day I told the house keeper that we were leaving so the room would be available, nothing. The next day I told the man at the front desk. Again nothing. I personally changed the trash and asked another house keeper for an extra toilet paper. Still nothing!

I've been there so many times the guy at the counter has recognized me twice in a row. I was last there in August. This time I think his name was Vince ( I asked his name for this review, then I forgot it!) I love the location. Near a bunch of restaurants and shopping. Don't forget the AMC theater in the same parking lot . We walked over and watched an old Harry Potter movie.

Elevator is out of order indefinitely. I believe it was broken for a day last time ( August). Luckily I was able to sweet talk my way into a first floor room. (Being replaced soon, so i was told.) My review would have been much worse if I'd have to walk up and down to the 3rd floor repeatedly over our 3 night stay. Hopefully next visit it's fixed once and for all. The counter staff did offer to help us with the luggage! At the breakfast room it felt like someone mopped the floor with syrup. My sneakers made sticking noises durning breakfast and later until it wore off.

The staff is amazing. The facility is averagely clean. I'm a bit picky and noticed a few things the average person may not have seen. Breakfast was a nice touch and good. Great location to stores and restaurants. There is even a movie theater across the parking lot. I will definitely stay there again.

I think they were working on the room next to mine. There was constant banging throughout the day, and my last night water ran all night long. There was also a train horn every few hours. Luckily, I'm a hard sleeper, so it wasn't a huge deal.

Convenient for us. Sams Club close by. Home Depot close by. Dixie Delight is close by. Convenient for Kohls, Home Goods, Target. Next to AMC movies. We will be back in April. We have stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites, Best Western, all in Hiram also. Sleep Inn was a little nicer and more convenient for us. We were there for Christmas for our grand daughter. Continental breakfast was good. Clean, comfortable beds, nice showers.

Not much we didn't like

Location, as always. Close to a handful of restaurants either in the same parking area or across the street. The lady in the breakfast room was very nice and helpful like every stay. The guys at the front desk were also nice and friendly.

Housekeeping operation. My same experience as the last time. I was told that Housekeeping come usually every 3rd day. I stayed 4 both times , didn't happen either time. Saturday a housekeeper knocked on the door to collect dirty towels so that the could be cleaned. NEVER,EVER during a hotel stay have I had that occur. Since when does a hotel NOT have enough towels to go around the hotel.

The bed are so comfortable The staff is very nice and accommodating.. Great location right next to the movie theater You get discounts at certain restaurants for stand at their hotel

They don't have a pool. .n that check in time is at 3 pm instead of 1 pm..and you still have to check out at 11 am. and u have to pay extra to check n earlier even if your room is ready .but all in all it's a great hotel.

This hotel had the kindest staff. The man who checked us in was there to greet us everyday and the woman who helped with breakfast was a delight to talk to. The location is also perfect with a ton of restaurants and activities close by.

There aren't a lot of amenities, but considering it's in the parking lot of AMC, it wasn't too bad.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. It was the best part of the stay. The room was clean and the floor was relatively quiet.

The trash didn't get emptied during the stay, which was a minor issue.

The property location was super convienent for the conference I was attending, it was 10 minutes away from the church! The staff was friendly and professional, the breakfast was decent and also it was plenty of places to go shopping and get food within short driving distance!

Not really anything to dislike

Staff was nice. In room jacuzzi was a surprise. Location ideal.

We only stayed one night and it wasnt bad BUT particularly in our room: Refrigerator fan was somewhat loud. AC didn't maintain consistent temperature. Pillows flat. Bed support seemed worn down.
