The location was great and got us right on site of O'Hare, offering a place for us to keep our car parked for the length of our trip, and a very competitive price relative to neighboring parking lots, as well as a shuttle to take us to the airport, and retrieve us upon our return. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite being so close to the airport, we could barely hear the traffic outside.

Our only real problem was in the morning regarding the shuttle. We had an early flight, and as recommended by the night desk person, we got up early and arrived in the lobby with what should have been plenty of time for a shuttle service that runs every 5 - 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the first shuttle to come was basically full, and we had to wait longer for another shuttle. Come to find out, the desk worker in the morning had not informed the shuttle company of how many people were waiting, meaning no shuttles that could handle the volume were appropriately dispatched. Myself and another couple both basically raced through the airport when we finally got there because of this huge delay, after having done everything we were told to do the previous day by the night desk attendant.

The room was very big and spacious, it had everything we needed. The receptionist was fantastic, I don't remember his name, but he's from England and was a joy to have at the hotel. He helped us with ordering food and giving other directions. We got the shuttle bus from the airport, the only problem was, that it was difficult to find the bus and we waited quite awhile before we found it. The bed was comfortable as well. I would consider staying here again and it's close to the airport and other essentials, gas station/coffee.

I saw the hotel had a pool and this one didn't, so I don't know if it is a mistake on the info page or a confusion with the other hotel in a different area - same name.

Staff is very friendly and professional. They gave us the room before check in time and during our stay they helped us with all questions we had :) Apartment with one room is very nice, large, smartly organized. Room is clean. Separate working area.

Weird smell in the corridors; loud during nighttime- we were based on second floor and during night like around 2-3am some people gathered in front of our room speaking very laud. And last thing- sofa bed was very uncomfortable- you could feel every mattress spring.

The rooms were nice, clean and staff was very friendly upon our arrival. The shower was fully supplied with everything that we needed. They let us know about the snack store on the lobby. The shuttle to the airport was great and the fee to keep our car there while we were gone was good.

The only thing I would say is that when we got back from our trip to get our car, it was -3 outside at 5 am and we were letting our car warm up and my husband asked if he could use the restroom and the lady at the front desk said we couldn’t because we weren’t a guest, we had a 2 Hour drive ahead of us and all we wanted to do was use the restroom real quick. We were a guest four days before that so I didn’t see why. I get it you don’t want random people just coming in and using the restroom, but we were a guest a few days before this and we will be a guest again in May.

All went well. The room was ready when we arrived. It was clean, fairly spacious & quiet. The bed was soft & comfy. The close proximity to the airport was very convenient. We were very surprised how quiet it was in spite of being able to watch the planes take off from our window. The friendliness & help at the front desk was A+. I am missing one of my favorite new shoes purchased for the trip, so called the hotel to ask them to keep an eye out for it & send it to me if found. They were very gracious & I am hopeful!

The room appeared to be set up for a single person, however there were 2 of us. There was only one comfy chair to enjoy the TV, one chair at the very nice big desk & only one bedside table, lamp & clock. Clearly the room was designed for single occupancy. We found the staff to be very friendly & accommodating & I have no doubt they would have resolved the situation if we had asked. It simply wasn't worth packing our things to move to another room.

Simply Suites was a really great option for a quick stay in between flights. While it is not close to many conveniences, they provide everything you could need, from toiletries to frozen meals you can purchase. The room was spacious and the FREE shuttle was wonderful.

Our booking did not register in their computer so we had to wait a while for them to enter us into the system. I do not know if this was a booking.com issue or the hotels. It was a minor inconvenience but maybe call and confirm your reservation with them if you use a third party source.

Location worked well for us, between the airport and my sister's place. Large suite with a big counter we played board games on (would have liked one more chair in the room!). The front desk cheerfully accepted an Amazon delivery for me. Kitchen was handy and well equipped. Air conditioner barely kept up with the extreme heat while we were there, but was sufficient.

Finishes a bit worn, but clean. Our room was on the ground floor near the gazebo, which had some loud conversations both evenings we were there. Nothing major!

I would have given a higher rating but the room had an odor - it smelled like smoke to me. That bothers me when I am trying to sleep. The front desk attendant was OUTSTANDING - I think it was Mohammed. Very patient when trying to give me directions to find the shuttle and so welcoming and kind. He deserves a raise or promotion or both!! The shuttle drivers were great also!

Odor of room - I wish there would have been alcohol to purchase there. After a horrible day flying I could have used a drink. HA

The suite was clean with everything we needed. Shower was quite spacious. I especially appreciated the big working desk. Perfect for a night of rest after a long flight. The 24/7 airport shuttle was the main reason we chose this place and while the bus is called upon request and can’t be scheduled beforehand. The wait wasn’t bad at all in our case. We used the shuttle service after 9 and no one else was on the bus besides us. So it might be different depending on the time of day and the demand. Overall would recommend

This is an excellent location where you have plenty of parking a BP gas station is in walking distance and so is the Routes car rental office if you want to use it. Within 3 to 5 minute drive there are a whole lot of eating options and also grocery stores such as to y’s. At least 6 different gas stations within 3 minutes so if you have a rental it will be easy to get it filled. They have a shuttle to take you to the airport with 24 hour service as well.

I didn’t like that the room is not cleaned daily but you can change out towels and place trash outside daily. Not a big inconvenience at all.
