We came to see OK Go at the Morris it was right around the corner which was nice and there are several choices from pub food to fancy within walking distance. There was a pool the hot tub was down (which is what me and the wife like helps our old bones) but other than that there's a restaurant inside as well, it was really nice and clean. Great view of South Bend. Could even see the Morris from our room. Would stay again.

Don't get me wrong...I like that there was a parking structure but we got confused at first navigating around it there are levels but no area markers. But it didn't take long to figure out and then it was cool there were stairs going right where we needed to go. There was some construction going on not inconvenient. And I wish the hot tub was working.

It wasn't crowded, everyone was friendly, the pool was very warm. We went to the restaurant in the hotel and had a great waitress named Megan and the food was delicious and looked amazing so I asked for the cooks name so I could include her in the review her name was Nicole. I want to thank Nicole and Megan for making our dining so great.

When we checked into the hotel we had no idea about how to get breakfast and they have room service but no phones in the room to order it.

Very nice convention-style hotel w onsite covered parking connecting to lobby and a quality restaurant and bar. Beautiful room linens, excellent cable TV and WiFi access. Room is intelligently designed, clean, and mine overlooked the atrium.

Coffee station under renovation. Wish they’d skip the whole thing and simply have coffee ready all day.

Excellent breakfast, great location for Notre Dame. Staff were superb, Manager was really helpful & courteous, his knowledge of our stay requirements was impressive. All staff were excellent, helpful and courteous!

Close to venue

Had to pay additional $15 to park in their garage at the cost of room should have been included no complimentary coffee in lobby Starbucks $5 wasn’t even good. Staff not familiar with area restaurants for something other than fast food or bar/grill

Sunday morning checkout was awful. One person at the desk to check out all the people who were leaving from the weekend. I never made it to the desk to check out had to leave because I ran out of time stood in line for 20 minutes and never moved once.

The location was good. The facility had everything you needed.

Elevators were broken on and off the entire stay, sometimes only having 1 working during March madness with 98% of the hote full from what I was told. The beds were very small.

The hotel was close to the Morris Performing Center where we went to go for a jazz concert. We are theatre critics in Chicago and will be coming back to the center to do play reviews.

I don't like the fact that you have to pay to park at the hotel and the room seems a little bit outdated and needs an updated air/heat unit and USB connections..

Staff were friendly. Location was right across my conference. Cookie was worth the calories. Our room faced the water and city.

The restaurant was slow and food was nothing special.

Every staff member from the front desk, to the restaurant staff and maids were very friendly and helpful. Andy, the front desk manager was extremely accomodating!!
