The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were well-maintained. However, what truly impressed me the most was the incredibly comfortable office chair. It made working on the computer a pleasure, and I found it to be one of the most ergonomic chairs I’ve ever used in a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business stays!

The American-style breakfasts offered at the hotel were quite different from European standards. Like in most hotels, there were waffles, cereals, bread, jams, and similar items. However, throughout my entire stay, I didn’t encounter any breakfast options with vegetables or cold cuts. So, in terms of the standard typically found in hotels, the breakfast was in line with what you would expect in the USA.

Ideal location to where we needed to visit—National Cemetery and Mission Grove/Orange Terrace area. The property is nearly new. Everything works, looks top notch. Breakfast room, room to sit with guests, outdoor visiting space, pool. Ample and so nice.

Handicap bathroom in hotel had no bar to assist at toilet, toilet standard sized not extra tall. Seat needed in shower. No non slip mat for exiting shower or to place in bottom of slick shower pan.

Didn't make it for breakfast we had plans with friends since we're from out of state. But it smelled good in the morning. And is open early for breakfast so that a plus to some of us that wake up early.

Only thing is our room was #167 and the exit is next to the room that's wasn't the problem, we can get out but can't get in with the room besides that everything else was good.

Loved the friendly staff! The gym was amazing and I loved that it had a place to refill your water bottle. Breakfast was great and a lot of different options! Room was super comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfy! The toiletries the hotel provided were amazing as well! Would definitely come back over all other places in the area!

We were there for a military funeral so the location was perfect. The facilities are clean and pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding and the breakfast server took obvious pride in her work

Those sliding bathroom doors have to go! There were three of us staying in the room and we felt like we had no privacy

With many military personnel and their families onsite, I felt very safe even at night outside. The staff was very very friendly, and always spoke to me as we passed in the hall or at the front desk.

No place to sit down outside to smoke. I have bad knees and a back injury, so standing outside was difficult for me.

It was very clean very nice. Customer service the front desk.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. They didn’t did not disclose it when I booked the room. They should put it on the website.

Everything was wonderful. Great location, clean, updated, breakfast was good, our room was , abd always is when we stay here very clean and comfortable,

At checj in there was a problem finding my reservation. It took some time but she finally found it. The person checking in before me also had a problem with check in.

States breakfast included. Both mornings you were out of multiple items. Very misleading and since that is baked into the price very disappointing and will not be recommending for stay to family or friends.

Beds were GREAT and room was very clean-love clean. Thank you! Next time, breakfast. Didn't hv time this time but having the water, coffee, etc in lobby was very nice. Frig in the room-great. Pull down shades for privacy-great. The employee didn't say our room number out loud-very appreciated. Liked that there were some food places very very close and Starbucks and gas
