My family loved ths rooms, very spacious and clean. Very nice breakfast. Front desk staff was very helpful, kind and patient especially with the situation we had. Great location. Over all 10/10 would recommend this hotel & would stay here again.

I didn't like how I paid for the room for my mom and brother and they almost couldn't stay due to having to pay the rest of the hotel price on site with the card i had used. I assumed the hotel was paid for in full when i booked. It didn't tell me that I had to use my credit card to make the rest of the payment? Thankfully the sweet lady at the front desk was able to email me a paper to fill out quickly so my family could check in! Over all not a huge issue since I could email the paper right back and use the card just a minor inconvenience!

The room was more than we expected. It was quite spacious. We liked having the extra outlets for charging our phones. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a small coffee maker in the room which my husband loved! The breakfast area was large and offered enough of a variety.

The only really dirty spots were the corners on the floor level of the bathroom, but we've encountered that in other hotels. The carpet in the elevator looked like it could use a good cleaning.

Reasonable priced. Easy check in and out . There are a lot of places to eat around the property. It’s not in a bad area. They staff where very friendly. The free complementary breakfast had a lot of options for myself and the children . The beds where super comfortable and the room was fairly clean .

There isn’t a lot to complain about but if I had to pick one thing I was going to take the kids down to play in the in door pool but it was closed . This wasn’t a deal breaker for us it would have just been a perk.

Comfortable atmosphere, all employees super nice. Breakfast is amazing. I love the sausage gravy biscuits. Enjoy staying here. I have stayed like 7 times in last yr or so. Will always be my place to stay when we come back home

It's not a huge deal. They were so packed that they had no extra towels. First for everything. Kinda disappointed about the indoor pool. I would love to have gone swimming, but they said closed indefinitely

It's from a few minutes away from where/ what we had todo in the morning. It was quite, close to other stores/ restaurants. Over it I would stay at a comfort in again.

Went togo take a shower at night and there was a bunch of hair on the back wall of the shower and the toilet set was either broken/ had to be tighten.

Spacious room, breakfast was good but not what was expected (sandwich as an entree instead of separate eggs, potatoes, meat for example). The waffles were really good at a choice of cinnamon and plain

Bed comfortable. Room fine. Liked having microwave in room.

Swimming pool closed, looked like it was for more than a few days. Website description of hot breakfast does not really apply to a prepackaged sandwich you heat in the microwave. Some people, like us, do not like duvets.

A little off the highway but not too far. It was quite, and comfortable. I stopped and got some rest after driving all day.

There was nothing not to like.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.

The bathroom floor was extremely slippery. Both my husband and I almost fell. The tub had soap and hair in it.
