I think the staff members were all very kind, helpful, and accommodating. They were the best part of the hotel visit.

Although the room seemed very clean, and I knew the tub was going to look like it needed re-glazing, it still bothered me a bit. Also the shower curtain was not big enough, so when I showered, water got all over the floor making the tile floor slippery, which was a bit scary, as I am disabled, and was scared of slipping and falling. The hotel was very convenient, as I was there to see my daughter who is at Tufts University.

The location was very good with a couple of restaurants nearby and close to Rt. 290 for continuing our journey. The physically accessible room especially met our needs and included a door opener for a handicapped person to press from inside the room to open the door. This is an unusual but certainly welcome amenity for a handicapped person.

The breakfast was sufficient in qualifying for a full breakfast but lacked a meat offering (bacon or sausage) and more than one kind of pastry. A few little extras even without a meat offering, which would be the principal extra expense, could make a difference in perception as being beyond basic.

I didn't ask for but got a handicap room. I didn't realize that was a thing. Well, it was perfect. I use a stool in my shower at home due to knee replacements so this was an amazing find. Free Breakfast, even saying hot typically means waffles. This hot breakfast was real scrambled eggs and 2 kinds of sausage. Perfect start to the next part of my 5 hour drive. Then it took no time at all to get onto 90. Quick and Easy.

It was comfortable, the floors are clean in the room, bathroom had many towels , tv worked great, beds are soft and easy to sleep in the ac unit was working correctly with out a crazy amount of noise.

Outside was sort gross, there was puke in the parking lot, seems a little bit small but it could have been because there was a few large trucks parked there, the elevator sounds like it was broken, break fast was smaller then I thought but I could have been there to early , they did so have some good yogurt thought.

Good value. As expected based on ratings and price point. Clean, friendly helpful staff, easy parking. Everything we expected and required.

I personally found the beds not so comfortable but my daughter found hers comfortable, so I guess it’s just personal preference. The bed linens did feel less cottony and more polyester, but I’m just being picky.

Due to our schedules, we'd often times need early check ins. The Comfort Inn has, on numerous times, have been not only accommodating but have given us grace with our requests.Not only is the concierge extremely helpful, the housekeepers and cooks do a tremendous job. Our rooms have always been immaculate and the breakfast has been delicious.

I always stay here when I need to get away and the staff is always helpful and the room is always clean as could be...If I had to make any sort of complaint it would be that the cost of a night there has increased significantly over the last few times I've booked there but other than that I always have a great experience

Exceeded expectations. Much better than anticipated due to the reasonable price. Clean and comfortable.

Through no fault of this facility, only downside is traffic noise from main highway nearby, but that is to be expected, and I wanted easy access off the highway.

Breakfast was good.

Paying extra money to access private bathroom? That's sketchy and I would have canceled my booking but other hotels were taken. I feel like that made it feel like you ripped me off. The price doesn't include the bathroom? WT*
