My kids love our deluxe room! It’s cozy and classy. It also has washer dryer and a kitchen with kitchenware and dinnerware so we can cook whenever we like. It’s very spatious and a good value for money. Additionally, they offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the strip.

When someone checks in, I hope the front desk staff will offer push carts so we don't have to carry all of our bags. You had to go down the corridor to get to the elevators because they were located very far from the front desk. All I ask is that they replace their TV with a smart TV and add more trashcans.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. Quiet away from the strip. The shopping center next-door was handy.

The lobby is very loud and they need some sound absorbing panels as everything echoes. The shuttle was great, but they need better instructions to get from the strip back to the shuttle. It is a maze to call from the strip to the shuttle and you have to walk through several casinos or the mall and it’s a huge parking garage where the shuttle drop off space is. If they could move the shuttle drop off to a street level instead of under the ground, it would be much easier to get in and out. We spent an hour trying to find our way back to the shuttle stop and when we got there there’s no sign so we had to recall the name of the store.

Lovely suite with fully equipped kitchenette and lounge area. Had a small issue with the smoke detector randomly going off - phoned front desk and a maintenance man appeared within 5 minutes and fixed it. He also fixed the tv which wasn't working. So prompt service when needed. Location - it's a 30 minute walk to 'the strip', but the hotel runs an excellent shuttle service every 30 minutes. Masses of parking spaces.

The bath towels were well past their best and need renewing really. Appreciated the ceiling lamp above the desk, but I did keep banging my head on it every time I stood up! Not cheap, but it is Las Vegas and you get what you pay for.

Outstanding accommodation for the price. As 2 couples we had 2 suites which had a door between the 2. Each suite had a kitchen and huge bathroom and 1 of the connected suites had a large dining and seating area plus an extra large shower room in addition to the bathroom. Beds were huge and the location was great with a free shuttle bus to and from 'The Strip'. Excellent parking and sun terrace, plus a bar next door. For Value for money this place could not be beaten in Las Vegas.

Last shuttle bus was around 11pm and the buses ran sporadically, but Ubers are always available if there isn't a convenient bus.

The villa was nice and comfortable. I recommend it if you want a studio feel. There are two bathrooms so two people can get ready at the same time. The shuttle takes you to and from the strip daily. There are also restaurants and convenient stores on the property if you just want to chill for the day.

Apartments with full Kitchen, living room and everything including washer dryers. Well maintained, family friendly, no party noises or anything. Free Shuttle drops u to the strip at Tropicana every half hr. Lot of eating places within the complex. Nice pool. Friendly staff.

Drains were slow and clogged in Kitchen and bathroom.

Room (One bedroom room) was large, had full kitchen and a great view of the strip and the Las Vegas Dome.The free shuttle to the strip was also great. Upon checkout we were ok to leave our car in the hotel parking lot whilst we visited the strip area one last time.

Swimming pool was closed one day. They try to get you to do a tour of the resort in exchange for money , or one free night, (like the timeshare tours in Florida) but they were not pushy so this was no big issue.

Very clean , secure , confortable and all the staff was very nice and helpful specially Mayra in the Front office very helpful, friendly, active and cooperative 😍, the room was a large space with all facilities exactly like photos and descriptions . The location very near for everything , you can use Uber , also the shuttle bus 🚌 to go to the strip. Thank you was great stay and great staff

The property was close to the Strip and offered a free shuttle bus which was definitely needed in the heat! The staff were lovely and helped us out with everything we needed. Our room had a mini kitchen, living room and washing facilities and staff were very helpful with fixing our dryer when there was an issue. Overall my stay in Las Vegas was very good and I would love to come back and stay in this hotel.

It is further away from the strip and quite a long walk onto the strip if you wanted to walk, however there was a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes which took you there. This was great but sometimes very busy and is on a first come first serve basis. The driver was amazing and, when busy, would make extra trips to accommodate everyone who was waiting.
