The rooms are large and very clean. The balconies were spotless as well. Twice a day I received a text message asking if there was anything needed for our room. If we had needs they were delivered to the room so we had them when we returned. The lobby is very elegant and the pool, while small and shallow, was clean, with staff always present to offer any assistance. Overall it is a very nice property with a great staff.

The location is not bad, but there is construction all around the building, completely out of the property’s control. That makes getting around a little more difficult.

You cannot smoke. There is no area for smokers. In the questions and answers it says there’s smoking floors, but there’s none. You can’t smoke on balcony.

Great size, loved that it had kitchenette, good location. Loved there was a mini mart in the hotel.

Construction workers would start very early in the morning, even on saturday and the banging noise woke me up.

The location is great. But I wanted to book adjoining rooms but none available. I paid high price for two King sz bedroom instead . and the bottom garage not free anymore

The location is fantastic, a 5 minute walk to the Stripe, multiple casinos, shopping and restaurants. The roof top pool is small, but for a quick cool down enjoyable, you also have really nice views of Las Vegas from the roof top. Don't worry about pool towels they have plenty and are very friendly. The apartment was clean & spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The furniture is dated. Multiple SMS (2-3 per day) asking if we needed anything (I blocked the number at some point). Being directed to a second counter directly after check in (which is not really appropriate after an 11 hour flight) to discuss our holiday plans and than turns the whole conversation to into a sales show (no disrespect to the the gentleman who we dealt with as he was only doing his job). We did indicate that we are very jetlag and just want to go to the room.. would have appreciated slightly more understanding and not continuously trying to pull us into a sales conversation for shows, restaurants and whatever.

The location is perfect, walk out and straight into the strip. The price for the location is brilliant, much cheaper than other better known strip hotels. The room was clean and included fridge and microwave.

There is no kettle. There was a coffee pot but as a British tea drinker this just isn’t the same, each cup tasted of coffee so after two days we gave up trying to have a cuppa in the room. I will pack a travel kettle next time. They have a sustainable cleaning policy which meant our room was only cleaned once in 8 days. This in itself I didn’t mind but cleaners don’t even come in to take rubbish or check you have toilet roll in between.

We stayed in the newly refurbished 1 bedroom 1 King with sofa bed Suite. The suite is large and comfortable, very clean and complete with a kitchenette (refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and stove) and a living room. Shared laundry room on our 15th floor have 1 washing machine and 2 dryers, all of which are free of charge. Detergents and other necessities are available from the front desk. The hotel is conveniently located 1 block away from the Las Vegas Boulevard (at the MGM Grand end of the Las Vegas Strip), surrounded by restaurants and malls.

We have to catch an early morning flight but when we checked out at 4:20am, the valet service desk was not manned and the attendant could not be found. We asked the front desk and they said they have informed the security to look for the valet attendant. The valet service provided a text number, but since we are using an overseas mobile number, we cannot send a text message to the number. Despite explaining to the front desk that we are in a hurry to catch our plane and to get them to help text the valet service, they did not take any action and asked us to wait. It was a very frustrating wait, not knowing when the valet attendant would be found and received no help from the front office attendant.

I have stayed here many times ( maybe 12 ). The room was very quiet and the bed, which was a sofa bed, was very comfortable as were the pillows. Staff were excellent and very attentive. I had 2 problems which were sorted within 10 minutes. V good service.

I have stayed here x 12 times since 2000, the room was the smallest I have ever had at this location. It seemed that it was half the room that it had been originally. For the price paid, I would have expected the room to be serviced daily instead of never. This seems to be the new "not to do" protocol.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and the rooms were very spacious. My kids and I loved the master bath, it was huge! Everything was very clean and they would replenish items with a simple text. The location was perfect, not directly on the strip but literally right behind it with a big parking lot if you're renting a car like we did. Also, super close to a Target, Walgreens, Marshalls and the M&M store, which we loved. Plenty of other places on the strip nearby, as well.

The only thing that wasn't great is that the elevators near our room took forever as they were working on them but they had plenty of other elevators that were just a little farther from our room. Also, they did kind of text a lot to see if we needed anything, which was nice, but multiple times a day isn't necessary.
