The price and location was amazing. The room was cleaned to a certain degree.

I always clean again when I arrived the only problem was that the back of the door had fingerprints that looked like dried ketchup. And the people upstairs walked very hard all night I didn't go to sleep until 2am am they woke me up at 6am making noise again.

the kitchenette, safety set up for stove. size of room. layout. the locale and nearby amenities. the pet friendly policy, though i did not bring mine. the toiletries in bathroom were in large wall dispensers. ample parking.

no tv remote in room, had to wait 40 minutes to get one. had to ask and wait an hour for hair dryer, as well. AC thermostat was not really working right. the advertised onsite sundry store was missing/empty. towel allotment pretty low, had to ask for more. no pool on site.

The room was nice and it was clean, the bathroom was nice with lots of space to put your things. The tub was also clean with a dispensers filled with shampoo,conditioner and body wash for you to use. The kitchen had a full size refridgerator and freezer which also made ice. There were some pots to use along with dishes, cups,utensils,a coffee pot and a dishwasher included also a kitchen towel and paper towels to start your stay off with. Good amount of shelves and a closet with some hangers to store your clothing. No creepy crawlers here.😁 Overall it was a great stay.

There was only 1 washing machine available because the other three were not working. The shower pressure was light it could have been a bit stronger. The cable choice was limited. And the 100.00 hold added to the cost of the room. But you get it back when you checkout.

Bed was clean/comfortable.

We had to use the provided plunger for the toilet and plunger was substandard. Could have used plastic cups in bathroom. Night light on microwave did not work to provide night light in suite.

The location was great. Near stores & restaurants. Suite was clean. Staff was nice & courteous. Room was a good size room/suite. Hotel was quiet. I would recommend & stay again

The first room they gave me had a leak in the ceiling & had a bad odor. Then they changed me to a better room. The room was clean, no leaks, nice smell. But it had a kitchen with a long table & had no chairs to sit at the table to be able to ear. That's my only complaint. Overall it was a nice stay.

Room was good, bed was good room was clean. We had great nights sleep and AC worked very good.

The bathroom was a little out of date, The shower had shampoo, body wash and conditioner that didn't work.

Everyone was very pleasant except for the late at night staff member, she was very mean and when I told her that my refrigerator was leaking she told me to live with it, I told her that she had poor customer service skills and she said she didn't care...

Just the late at night staff member, I'd go again if she got fired

The location to getting around was excellent. The staff was very courteous. The ppl staying the Hitel were also warm n friendly which majes aby stay warm n inviting!

I wish the Housekeepers were more accommodating in bringing towels ect.. to the room daily. Also, the kitchen supply could've been better.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. They come equipped with a full kitchenette (range top, dishwasher).

I just hope I receive my security deposit back. The room had a few dents and damages that I surely was not responsible for.

Room was clean, Bed was comfortable.

Front desk service wasn’t great but they weren’t awful. The elevator didn’t work so that was annoying with suitcases.
