They help us when my brother had a problem with the shower. Also they gave us a transfer bench so it made it easier for me to take shower. Everyone was very nice and went out of their way to help us. I just loved their weekend buffets, food is delicious!

I can't think of anything! Except on one stay our view from the windows was not pretty.

Quiet areas, it was nice to see what was going on within the hotel from the room, access to vending machines. My son enjoyed the pool. The front desk was pleasant.

The whirlpool was not on or not working, a booger on the bathroom ceiling by shower was awkward and caught us off guard, no microwave, the back parking lot was very Dark. Roku TV was difficult to figure, I was not comfortable in putting log in information for programs.

Indeed, a sudden departure, I didn’t eat anything.

In fact, when I arrived in my room I hadn’t connection to WiFi. I thought it’s best to ask it with customer. In the afternoon, I was hungry so I called the office to get lunch, but there wasn’t available this day. I wish we had it every day something to eat.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the room was clean. My wife needed an extra pillow which was they provided within 1 hour. Also 1 night we were there the room nest to decide to have a very noisy party and made it hard to sleep. Tried to contact the desk but couldn't find anyone at the desk. When mentioned to the front desk the next morning they took care of the issue that the guests in that room were quit the next night.

The booking system indicated that there was a continental breakfast. The information of amenities needs to be kept up to date.

Clean, comfortable and location was convenient.

Indoor pool and hot tub was being repaired the entire week.
