Clean, updated, quite and comfortable. Front desk staff exceptional I would like to say Eileen was super helpful and friendly. I would stay at that facility again.

Limited food. Was expecting hot breakfast not a grab and go. I feel the whole money was quite excessive for not having room service available to hold was $100. My room for the night was $100 and I was only staying one night and there was no food service available so I’m not sure what the hold was for.

I didn’t see a soul there. Nobody. Quiet. Clean. Cool.

Breakfast was juice cups, and plastic wrapped muffins. I had to troubleshoot the TV myself, it was unplugged, and there was no fan or heat lamp in the shower. Still, it was clean. I’d stay again. Someone local said the top 2 floors were full of homeless and addicts housed at a fee for the county, but I was in 212 and didn’t see anyone.

Clean, friendly staff. Coffee available in rooms and in lobby. Breakfast offered between 6:30am-8am. The ymca is right across the street, and with your room key, you get 50% off tickets to get in. We went to swim. Normal price is $10 so we spent $5 per adult.

Staff was nice; they provided a toothbrush and a small packet of toothpaste. Very quiet, very clean. A Walgreens directly across the street. Coffee was tasty.

There was no breakfast other than "Grab and Go" but we were asked to pay $5 each in advance for "breakfast" and it turned out to be a paper bag with a small muffin and squished mini granola bar and a small bottle of water. That was both disappointing and annoying.

The location is great, close to the Northeast Car Museum and other museums. Rooms were clean and I felt safe in my location. All staff were accommodating and friendly! Bed was very comfy too! Breakfast is a grab and go breakfast (you select your choices the night before!)

This hotel was recently updated and is a much better facility

The noted breakfast was not convenient or available. You just check what you want from a very limited list of options then you picked it up from the front desk.

The location was great, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see how nice it was on the inside. Expect to get breakfast elsewhere.

There is a minor staffing issue and one lady does every job including cleaning and working at the front desk.

As soon as you walked in the building it smelt so clean and refreshing. The young man at the desk was very polite and so was the young man the next morning when we left
