The resort was larger than I expected with a lot to do. There were also a lot of food options as well. We enjoyed the indoor pool. There was a nice billard room, gym and bowling alley. They even had a movie theater that showed older movies but was a nice option. Some reviews complained about the rooms, but ours appeared to be renovated and it was clean.

It took several hours for our room to be ready (check in was at 4, got the room at 7:30) but the staff was trying really hard, very nice, and we swam and had dinner while we waited

The suite was very nice with 2 rooms & a kitchenette. The bed has ‘softened’ over the years (decades) with hundreds, maybe thousands of people sleeping on it. I am disabled and our bed was so soft we sank into it and I woke with a huge backache every night of our stay. We booked this suite for four adults and upon check in we had only 2 sets of towels. We asked 6 times for additional towels which took 2 days to be delivered. However all in all we were pleased with the property which has an indoor pool, a small water park, movie theatre a small arcade outdoor sports fields and more.

Lack of and the delays in acquiring necessary amenities such as clean towels, toilet paper, etc.

Very nice room, our card didn't work but security was very nice and gave us a new card.

Checking in!!! Went before 4pm but room wasn't ready went back at 4 there were 3 people a head of me (at least 10 in line when I finally got done) and waited over an hour! People were just walking up and getting out before us and one kept just walking up and holding up line waiting for her card. No one seemed to know what they were doing so that was terrible but did like everything else.

the room was so spacious and clean like a mini appartment almost my dog was so comfortable being in there we stayed in willowbrook building 3 were on the first floor so letting him out was great and easy without having to take him past other roims and people

they offer shuttle but it takes so long and nothing is walking distance unless your in the main building

The room was spacious, and we lucked up and came down the same weekend as the wine festival.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the main building went out. So, 3 of my family members had rooms with no air during a heat wave. They did provide fans for one room and offered to move others into another building down the road. The problem with that is that the rooms are smaller and wouldn't fit everyone.

The room was fabulous, full kitchen. We loved it. The facilities were great, especially the weight room. It had all that I needed to do my workout, PLUS a Sauna. Love the Sauna:) Free movie theater. Not just a small, wooden seat theater but great seating, comfortable seats.

The dining experience was not great. Sort of just snack bar type of dining. We had to go outside of the facilities to eat, or cook in our kitchen. Food stores not right next door. Next time we'll bring a bigger variety from home to eat in our kitchen.

It is located in a beautiful part of the country- our grandchildren enjoyed our stay and had fun- main purpose for our visit!

I’ve read many whiny reviews…okay, it’s not the Ritz Carlton…get over it! Yes, it’s dated, perhaps run down, it is very 1980’s, but it’s also not $500 a night!! It’s a budget place, that you can make the best of if your attitude is good and if your not expecting something truly great!

The rooms were very clean and spacious, The Staff was very nice.

The 1st room I was in had a broken sink pipe in the bathroom and the tub made loud noises 'It was a hot tub" throughout the night so we were told to shut off the circuit breaker when that happens. Also the microwave was broken so they had a little one on the counter. So now I'm an electrician on my grandsons vacation. After many complaints they did move us.

Majority of the staff is very pleasant and accommodating especially front door man Miklos I arrived early for check in and miklos along with another coworker helped me check in early when Jan the front desk lady was so mean and unpleasant . This really made me want to come back again because he went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in.

The property was under renovation during our stay and the elevator was not functioning.

The area was beautiful and the room was very clean. After reading reviews after we had already booked the room we were a little hesitant going into it. However it exceeded our exceptions.

some things that were a red flag was the fact that there were NO workers in the willowbrook location 105B. After running out of toilet paper we couldn’t find a single worker and tried to use the phone in the room AND even tried our cell phones. Nothing worked and no one picked up. After further investigation we realized the phone at the front desk wasn’t plugged in/ didn’t work and was just for show. very disappointed.
