The gentleman at the front desk was very hospitable when we checked in Friday evening and the young lady the next day was just as hospitable. The property was clean and staff addressed any concerns no matter how minor.

The only suggestion I would have is more variety at the breakfast bar. The powder eggs have got to go. Most people are into healthy consumption and all I could find is yogurt no variety at all and the morning juices were watered down no sugar free selections.

Easy friendly check in Room was big & clean So happy that it had a place for hand towel to hang. Breakfast Nice, friendly staff

Bathtub drain not working too well so you're standing on grey water while taking a shower Bed was also very uncomfortable to sleep in. Got backache from it.

The room we had was nice. Where it’s located was great. The fact that it had an inside pool was amazing

We had 3 people in a room and only 2 towels. We went to the pool and there were no towels there so we had to use the towels from our room. The fact that we were told that there were no extra towels we could get and we would have to use our soaking wet towels (with chlorine in the might I add) to try to drive off after a shower. That was the point that upset me a little because there is a signed posted at the pool that asks guest to please dry off before leaving the pool area🤔. So honoring their wish put me and my family having to figure out how to dry off after getting out of the shower. The lady working the front desk was adamant that they expected us to REuse our already used towels 👎🏾

We liked the separate rooms and the spacious area. The staff were friendly and helpful. And breakfast was good. I liked the size of the bathroom and all the counter space! And the location was good for where we wanted to go.

The couch was old and not very comfortable, with broken springs. There was poor lighting in entry room. Should have been a floor lamp beside couch. The fridge wasn't very cold, and had no freezer section. The bed pillows were very small, and the mattress was a little too firm, although that's better than too soft. The exterior was nice and updated, but the room seemed old and worn out. The traffic outside was super loud (our room was on the end of hall nearest to freeway entrance).

I have to say, the lady (forgot her name, so sorry) at the front desk when we checked in the AM On 2/17 was so nice, friendly and accommodating. We got in early from our cruise and was able to check us in early. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT!!! The staff that cooks & cleans up the breakfast area are amazing and really goes above and beyond to assist all customers and keep the area clean. Housekeeping staff were also very friendly and kept all areas of the hotel clean and smelling good!. Thank you to all who made our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel & location.

Friendliness of most of the staff and the cleanliness of the room, fitness center, and breakfast areas

The check in process was mediocre at best. She did not tell us anything about breakfast times and acted as if we were bothering her. She apparently only keyed our rooms for one night when we were staying for 2. Luckily we only saw her one time. The next front desk individual I encountered was excellent and professional. The fitness room was clean but it would be nice to have some type of sanitizing spray or wipes to clean the equipment once we are finished.

The front desk clerk, who I believe was the manager was exceptional. We called for a shuttle from the airport and because it was later and her shuttle driver had left she called for an Uber for us. She called me back to let me know exactly what kind of car and where to go. In the morning she worked with us to get us back to the airport a little before the normal shuttle time. She was so nice, listened and made it happen! I am sorry I didn't get her name but she definitely is an asset for the hotel.

Convenient to the airport, and I appreciated the free airport shuttle. The hotel is the cheapest option in a cluster of hotels in the same cul-de-sac, so if you don’t need a lot of extra features, it’s a good value. The room was very clean, though it did smell a bit musty. The breakfast had a decent number of options. The woman attending to the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.

I wasn’t even greeted with a “hello”. The person at the front desk saw me walk in and barked “name?” The floodlights outside the hotel were aimed into my window, and the blackout curtains weren’t even enough. I would have used a hanger with clips to completely close them, but the hangers could not be removed from the rod. The bedding, while clean, had holes and tears.

At check in we had A++++ service from the gentleman. The bed and pillows were so comfortable after driving all day. The breakfast was a good small selection to choose from. This hotel topped the much more expensive Hilton we stayed at the next night. I would definitely stay here again.

We missed having fresh fruit at breakfast

The staff were very friendly from the moment I arrived. I was not able to check in right away but the person working the front desk was very apologetic about the wait and kept me informed on when my room would be ready. The person that took care of breakfast in the mornings was amazing very cheerful and upbeat I’m afraid I don’t remember her name but she was amazing. The front desk staff was amazing I needed to stay another night and they accommodated me by keeping me in my same room.

I didn’t like the fact that it took a while for the water to heat up.
