Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great as well. Food that is provided was very delicious and constantly being replenished, so we didn't have to wait. Overall, it was an OK place to stay.

The only thing I didn't like was one of the staff members seemed to dislike her job. Constantly making faces when asked questions and one of my kids pretty much got asked if he was stealing chips from their little shop when he didn't even have any type of chip they sold there and he never even went into the shop, she did realize she was mistaken and apologized but he was offended she'd even think that. Other than that, most of the staff members were kind and friendly.

In my opinion, best hotel in the area, esp. in terms of quality in relation to price. The rooms are large and very comfortable, the lobby very nice, the breakfast ample with eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. etc., the check-out time 12 p.m. which is very nice, and the property even has a indoor pool and hot tub, and these are quite cute with a stone motif. I am very impressed with the value offered by this hotel -- luxury at a price one would not expect for what one receives! My rooms have always been under $100, sometimes well under, and that's for a two-queen room with a sofa bed -- and the hotel cleans every day! Really superb.

I didn't like that, when we entered with my daughter's service dog, we were immediately told, quite assertively, "We don't accept pets." I'd recommend changing that to something like, "Welcome to Comfort Suites! I'm very sorry; we're unable to accept animals except for service animals. Is your animal a service animal?" This is less confrontational and doesn't break the law!

Check-in was friendly and efficient. My room was just off the elevators so no long trek down to the end of the hall and back every time I came or went from the hotel. The bed was quite comfortable, something I could not say about other Comfort Inns I've stayed in. Parking was close, convenient and secure. I will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to anyone visiting Frisco.

I can't think of anything negative about my stay.

The first thing I liked was how welcomed I felt when the friendly staff member greeted us.She was always helpful when I had questions and also made the checking in and out easy.I really wish that I remembered her name. I just remembered that she's a Ravenclaw, so 50 points to Ravenclaw. 🐦‍⬛ The second thing was that I liked the selection for breakfast. Every item I ate was delicious. And there was always a staff member nearby that kept the stations cleaned and well stock. Thank you, and keep up the good work. Besides that, the parking was free and never had a issue finding a spot. The location was very convenient to restaurants and not far from Little Elm park. Rooms were spacious and would come here again.

Beds were more on the firmer side, but the pillows made it somewhat better. The ice machine on the second floor was broken. The elevators would creak loudly, and on one of the trips, I almost thought it got stuck.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay for several reasons. Firstly, the convenience of having a variety of food choices in the vicinity was a major plus. The overall ambiance of the hotel was delightful, and it was clearly designed to be family-friendly. Additionally, everything I needed was within walking distance, making my three-day stay both enjoyable and affordable. To top it off, I was pleasantly surprised when I was allowed to check in a hour maybe and hour and a half before my scheduled time.

However, there was one incident that left me with some reservations. The day before my check-out, a power outage occurred, which had an unintended consequence. It allowed someone with newly issued keys to access my hotel room while I was dressing. Naturally, I found this intrusion quite unsettling. After contacting the staff, they promptly apologized and promised a 50% discount on my first night, though I have yet to see that adjustment. The security lapse due to the power outage was a significant concern.

Theresa-@ the front desk was amazingly friendly and helpful!! We had a slow drain in the shower and they fixed it very quickly. The breakfast was ok, the ac was awesome, and the location was great for our purposes.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂 one was especially helpful to me, as I needed help fastening my shoes and dress zipped up. I only wish I had gotten her name.

Upon check out, the gentleman was not as friendly as other staff. Didn't ask about my stay. I did notice he was the same with other guests as well.

Breakfast was great-good variety, hot eggs/bacon or sausage, breads, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc. Check in staff lady was very personable! We requested a room on back side so we didn’t have freeway noise and it was quiet. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows.

Pool and hot tub could be updated and cleaner

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were like postage stamps. Too small. Next time I will remember to bring my own. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is close to many shopping and tourist areas. Very safe area.

The location is close to family and is easily accessible. We enjoy having the double room as our granddaughter loves to sleep over too.

I under stand the price per night is it probably comparable to the area. I think over 230.00 for a one night stay is really unreasonable. I’m traveling next week , same hotel in another location it’s 130.00 per night . 100.00 difference is a lot !
