The staff are exceptional and friendly. The size of my mini suite nice. Despite the issues I shared I would recommend and stay again.

Air filter needs changing. Originally thought housekeeping wasn't properly dusting (they weren't). LAYER of dust later in day after I dusted. Didn't realize until nite b4 departure and having to use my inhaler that when the air was coming out of the vents shortly after I would start sneezing and noticed the coating of dust throughout. Why was there no refrigerator in the suite when there was more than enough room but there were refrigerators in some of your smaller rooms? Even a microwave would not have been invasive especially if using room service a lot. There's slow drainage issues in tube and sink. The drain plug in the sink was truly gross.

The place was dated...In a good way! I loved the baroque esthetic and lovely decor, it reminded me of the best parts of the early 2000's and you dont see it in many hotels anymore - Not to mention the friendly staff who promptly got me checked in and easily let me move my checkout time an hour later!

On the flip side the design *is* dated, so if youre looking for a modern hotel this might not be your jam! I loved it however - just google Baroque design and you'll find a great example of this hotel.

The hotel was attractive in the lobby. The rooms were basic but clean.

We checked in as a family of 4 but received towels and breakfast vouchers for 3. We ended up paying for an extra breakfast. The breakfast buffet was really good, but I had emailed ahead for GF alternative foods and they didn't have any. Luckily there was naturally non gluten foods available.

My only complaint is about a young lady with short light-colored hair, blue eyes, wearing glasses at the front desk, who seemed annoyed when i requested a printed copy of my invoice. (5 am checkout on 16 July 2025) She said i would receive it in my email, and 11 days later I still have not received it. Otherwise, everyone else was pleasant during my stay.

The front desk is always the face of the hotel. In this sense, the receptionist Zavier is a highly professional, courteous, always happy to help and easy to communicate without formalism, as can usually be found in American hotels. Regarding the room, it is big, clean, and the shower is comfortable. Breakfast is above average, which is rare for American hotels. The breakfast place itself is very cozy. plenty of parking spaces

The key card was very annoying, I paid for King bed and ended up sleeping in twin bed, because they said the key to the room they reserved for me was not working and the staff cannot update the key. Even the maintenance engineer cannot solve the issue. When I booked it if I booked twin bed it would have been much cheaper but I need the comfort of the King bed, yet they didn’t offer me to refund the difference at least!!

Great location from Dulles airport, our room was quite large albeit oddly layed out. Bed was comfortable. USB charging outlets on the desk and one side of the bed. The downstairs bar/restaurant is a decent place to hang out and eat, although I'm surprised there isn't a larger more proper "restaurant" although maybe there was and we just didn't find it.

No fridge in the room, and from what i hear most or none of the rooms have a fridge. This is a good higher end hotel that is completely serviceable, but it is showing it's age. When you realize the faucet hardware in the bathroom is literally identical to what you had in your house 25 years ago then you know it's time for an update. The overall vibe was definitely very 1995. Because you are in the middle of nowhere you pretty much will be eating at the hotel (not terrible but nice to have some choice) or getting an Uber somewhere.

Very clean, much better than expected for a hotel airport. Room was so spacious and clean, all toiletries provided were high quality. There’s a seating area with a fire outside which was amazing and felt like a resort!

A little far from the airport there are closer options, shuttle only operates from 5AM and I needed to leave around 3AM so I had to uber.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Many facilities within the building: bar, restaurants, gift shop. Staff was very helpful. Airport shuttle. Amazon lockers onsite.

The gift shop had half a wall of Trump merch. I probably wouldn't have patronized such a hotel, had I known.. Originally, after seeing the facilities, i had decided to make this my go-to hotel in this area, but I probably won't now.

The Curtains are sheer and transparent. The second curtain are just on the sides and can’t be pulled… A Bell Boy…when you arrive with luggage after travelling more than 24 hrs…you need someone to greet and help with your luggage. Missing in most American hotel unfortunately.
