Excellent location with beautiful mountain views! The staff was very accommodating and even located a luggage cart when we checked in late at night from lazy guests who chose not to return them to the front! The pool was nice and warm! Plenty of tables for breakfast and comfortable beds! This will be our go-to hotel when we visit our son!

The breakfast area was not easy to find; it was located at the other end, near the conference rooms. Not a bad thing, but a few more signs would be helpful.

Nice Hotel for a weekend trip. We only looked at pet friendly hotels and this one welcomed our small dogs. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice but the coffee and cappuccino bar was my favorite! My only suggestion would be, when updating downsize the dresser sizes in the room to maximize space.

We stayed here for a horse show at the Virginia Horse Center and the location could not have been better! So close! Additionally, all the staff was so nice, they were always at the front desk if I needed anything, our dogs were welcomed, and the breakfast was good for this level of hotel.

The only issues with our room were that the door was hard to open and the sink did not drain well. Nothing terrible but mildly inconvenient.

Safe secure area with well-lit parking. Everyone was polite and friendly. Very clean inside and out and room was very comfortable. Close to restaurants.

First time staying in this area. Will do better planning next time price $284.00 for the night way to high in my opinion.

Location was good, pool was heated, breakfast was pretty decent, and beds were a true queen size. Also worked great for our family as there was a sleeper sofa as well so it was good for 5 people.

Except for the fact that morning desk staff was so busy with a personal conversation with a friend that he couldn’t be bothered to help customers no complaints.

I really like this hotel. It has wide hallways, a nice pool, excellent breakfast, and the room was very clean! It's a favorite spot to stay when we're passing through!

It Is an older building so it could use some tlc handyman work, but it's overall great!

I used to stay here many times during the riding season at the VA Horse Center. Now, the prices are much higher than I use to pay and won't be able to stay as often. I booked my room weeks ago and 2 nights were $435. My friend came in Saturday and was able to get her room for $120???

Easy check in and out. They approve of small animals. We have used them multiple times when traveling between home and traveling to South Carolina to visit family. Breakfast was good.

Bathrooms are beginning to show wear and tear. Small areas of wall paper are starting to fall off.

The Best Western was easy to locate. Plus it was conveniently located to nearby attractions. The room was quite large and provided adequate space for my family. The two queen-sized beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was great and there were no issues with the hot water. The breakfast, included in the cost of the room, was great. There was hot foods, such as omelets and pancakes, and also cereals and bagels.

The fold-out sofa bed was not comfortable, and the mattress springs could be felt and heard throughout the night.
