Perfect hotel for concert in the 02 arena. Hotel is really clean & modern Staff were very helpful . Station over the road for access to Euston & o2 arena

Over priced for the type of accommodation

It is very modern and located just across the metro station. You can reach the city under 20mins via the subway. People working there are very kind and helpful. Nice english breakfast every morning. There is a big supermarket just behind the hotel.

Reception good 😊 quick check in We were attending the O2 arena The location was superb, 12 min walk to cable car station. Beds were comfortable, bathroom lovely, clean and modern. Everywhere was clean.

We came in late from the O2 with a McDonald’s, we sat in the bar/reception area and started to eat our food. The security guard came over and told us we couldn’t eat there. Had to eat it in our room. If food was available from cafe we would have bought it from there! But in the day a vast majority of people who weren’t even staying at the hotel were in the same area on laptops and even painting , for hours without so much as purchasing a drink or croissant !! Just felt it was a little out of order.

I think the location, although further out from central London, is perfect for getting the tube as it's opposite the hotel. The hotel and room were really clean and the staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night so I can't say much about the facilities.

The parking!!! Or lack of! We tried to park in the recommended parking place at the supermarket parking lot however we couldn't pay using the app or any of the machines. And with a quick Google we saw lots of other people have had the same issues, including getting fines! Since we didn't want to risk being fined we decided to park elsewhere using another parking app to find somewhere close by (the Wickes car park is what we chose). I think the hotel should be more transparent about there not being very suitable parking/to come up with a better solution with the parking company. We don't usually drive to London so we might have chose a better suited hotel with a better parking solution had we known.

I liked the room setup. It was small but functional. It was very close to the train station and staff were helpful.

The WiFi wasn't that great. In addition, the fire alarm went off in the middle of my first night and this was set off by some creep staying at the hotel. Fire alqrms go off, so no big deal. However it took so long for the elevators to start working again and being on the last floor; climbing the stairs that night nine floors up was not an option. They didn't have anyone handy to fix the situation and therefore ruined my night and the rest of my day.
