I have stayed at resorts in over 10 countries and they have always been great. However, this is not a place that can be described in words. The view, the facilities, the kindness of the staff... everything is great. I arrived 2 hours early, but they kindly left my luggage in the lobby, and they recommended Tropicana Restaurant for lunch. We took a buggy provided by the resort and had lunch with good value food. We had lunch at the club located on the beach, and when we went into the accommodation, my group and the kids were all so happy. It was just breathtaking. Since it was a beachfront accommodation, the beach was right in front of us, and the accommodation facilities and private pool were cleanly maintained. I stayed comfortably for 4 days and left. I would like to visit again if I have the chance =)

Nothing at all=) It rained all day one day, but even that was beautiful.

Villa was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic (better than in Alma resort)). The facilities and the territory are big enough to lose the kids)) The gym was good enough!

Some of the bicycles are old enough, and it would be better to renovate them. TV's in rooms are not smart TV (it's bad). The buggy drivers drive too fast (up to 30 km/h) by the territory, so the kids were scared of them. Spa was nice, but the staff didn't suggest having a chill in relaxation room after spa procedures(as it usually should be in a 5 star resorts). And only one table tennis table for the whole resort. Are you serious?)

The resort was excellent for those with young children. Our 11-month old was well taken care of. Breakfast had a large range food, which changed daily. There were staff in costumes walking around breakfast interacting with the children, and even performing dances to music. There is a kid's play area right next to breakfast, which was convenient for after eating. The staff delivered free milk and cookies for our son every evening. At each restaurant, when we ordered adult meals, they gave our son a free child's meal & ice cream. He could only eat a bit but it was much appreciated, and a delicious starter for his parents! The resort facilities are excellent, the beach is clean with soft sand and our son was able to enjoy the shallow waters too. They have a Swiss village with a German beer hall, a huge rope climbing activities, and a bouncy castle. Oh and they provide free chocolate for an hour every day. We were very impressed with everything and will definitely be back!

A few small issues. They charge for small items to be included in the room. Ours was a suite with a kitchen, but there was nothing in the kitchen. We had to pay to have a pan, spoons, and even chop sticks. Seemed a little unnecessary. The daily room service cleaning was not at consistent times, even when they asked when we'd like them to return, as our child was sleeping, they then came at a different time. Other than the above, it was still an excellent experience.

I am truly enamored with its prime location and the exceptional staff who work diligently to ensure a delightful experience. Their unwavering support and willingness to assist whenever I require help is nothing short of remarkable. F&B: Bach, Hoa, Phuong,... Receptionists: Tracie, ... Sorry I don’t remember all of them. They are the treasure of the resort.

The property in need of a renovation to restore. Water has begun to seep through the ceiling of the reception area. The studio room as well, in need a renovation,...

This resort was amazing. The facilities are what made our stay so good and the food was incredible. We couldn't fault it! The kids loved the pools and slides. The bikes to get around the hotel were so fun and made accessing different areas of the resort so easy.

Staff needed some training on what is included in their all inclusive stay. We were told different things each time we dealt with someone new. Perhaps the inclusions could be printed off and shown to guests on check in, to help avoid the many disputes we had with staff.

Breakfast was great, good selection of food options and included in the room rate. The room was amazing, good quality bed and very comfortable. Great location on the beach. Fantastic resort facilities with lots for children to do.

There were very large groups of Koreans and Chinese, it seemed like the music, vibe and activities were catered to them, rather than general guests. I also was a bit disappointed in the sales representative as we were wanting to get married at the resort in the future and we were not shown any villas or rooms for future bookings. It also seemed like they do not do many weddings there. Besides this the resort was amazing. Great features, awesome rooms and friendly staff.

Everything was fantastic , Jason at the beach bar/restaurant was an absolute legend! So good of a host we requested him the next night🤙🏽

They expected my 16 and 13 year old boys to sleep in our bed, I wasn’t aware this was a thing that was exceptional. Party my fault for not checking how many beds on my booking. But when you put into booking.com that you have 2 adults and 2 teenagers, I would never expect for a second that they are not getting their own bed. I found it deceiving on both parties accounts, the resort was amazing, just a let down on that part

the breakfast food is delicious and there are plenty choices. fresh bread and pastries, fresh waffles, pancakes and crepes with Nutella and ice cream available every morning, which my family enjoyed immensely. the beach is exceptional, the waters are so lovely and clear. you can travel through the resort with buggies and it is quite scenic. one of the best things about movenpick is that they have sports facilities that u can use, mostly for free like ping pong, tennis, badminton. the gym is also quite complete.

they did not serve movenpick ice cream, it was sometimes too crowded so the dining facilities could be expanded to host the guests in the summer season. I expected the hotel to have free shuttles from/to the airport since it is only 15 minutes away, it is disapointing that there arent.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is well run. Great place for kids. Loads of activities even on rainy days. Good service in Tropicana restaurant day and night. Space for family in joined condo rooms.is great.

Some communication issues between restaurant staff and kitchen resulted in slow service at lunch in panorama - we received compensation but better if it didn't occur. Children's menu arrangements need to be clearer - inconsistently free/ not free it seems very random.

The facilities are in good condition. The location is great with outstanding views.

For the condotel, the services here are a bit limited compared to the main site. Especially at the poolside, there are no cafeteria around, if we want to, we need to commute to the main site which is kinda uncomfortable for us. One more thing, for the room service, we waited for the check-in almost 2 hours (the staff had to tidy up the room), however, I unexpectedly found lots of dirty bath towels which were really stinky inside the wardrobe. This is not what a 5-star-resort should be.
