Comfortable spacious rooms. Kids loved it. Breakfast was satisfactory, but nothing impressive.

Got to reception but was sent to Self check-in. process was not a good experience. Lengthy with too many steps. I was struggling for more than 5 min and look over my shoulder 2 recepcionists were having an informal chat. They didn't even bother to help. Moreover, I have not got any word from anyone on wifi, breakfast hours, how to get to my room, facilities POIs, etc. Like every serious hotel do. Activities for kids are basically video games and Lego to assembly. Nothing really special and a bit disappointing. The low speed charging was not working. In summary I honestly don't recommend anyone to stay in this Hotel specially at this high price. It's not worth it!

I was tremendously disappointed by the dinner buffet being sold ONLY for adults who drink wine with dinner! We do not drink alcohol, never, but needed to buy for drinks included in the dinner buffet. We find it a bad message for childrens hotel!

Was able to check in slightly earlier than scheduled, and the room was very comfortable: as soon as it was time for bed, I was immediately knocked out by the comfort of the bed. The breakfast was on point.

The room hadn't been entirely cleaned: there was still rubbish in the bin, and a child's sock had been left behind. A large spider also decided to show up in the bathroom.

We spent one night with my son to visit the Lego house on the next morning which is abt 10 minutes walk away. The son liked the room interior, and the overall interior decorated to Lego style in the hotel public areas Good shop available on site 24/7 which includes Lego, clothes and bar with good choice of drinks Breakfast was descent Reception was quick and efficient

We stayed in Pirate room and my impression room's interior will need renewal soon as noticeably condition is running down, but clean which was the most important to us

The kids loved the pirate room, the lego sculptures and the little gifts they received, also the playrooms that are located in different places at the hotel. There is also a direct path straight to Legoland from the hotel, which makes it very convenient.

There were different food smells in the corridors and there wasn't a good ventilation in the room either: our windows got wet from the inside from the condense. Also, albeit it being the pirate room, I would have liked a bit more light. The room was very dim. The venue was a bit worn out as well, but the kids didn't care and really enjoyed the stay.

Hotel connected to Legoland, perfect if you want to visit the park. My kids loved it! Nice rooms!

We got a fine in the hotel parking we still don t understand why. Not clear at all where you can park in front of the hotel. Be careful.

Very child friendly and everything was thought about with children and their enjoyment being thought about throughout the hotel. There was areas available for a wide variety of ages and the different themes throughout the hotel were really well thought out.

The play park is further away than expected but not a major issue as it’s all flat. The top bunk bed isn’t suitable for young children. There aren’t any bars going all the way around the top bunk so a younger child is more likely to fall out. This wasn’t a major issue for our family though as we didn’t need the top and bottom bunk.

Perfectly located for access to Legoland, and walkable distance to other activities such as the Lego House. My daughter (7) loved the style, the food and the various activities within the Hotel.

The air in the room is stiff - there is only a small window available for ventilation and we did not find any temperature control. The room was generally too warm for our taste even though outside temperature was cool. Restaurant is fair in terms of food quality but quite expensive. We probably ate half of what the average danish person eat there, so the buffet formula wasn’t ideal for us and that’s the only formula they offer for breakfast and dinner.

Bought a pirates room for a family with child. Activities: * What we liked most, just after we enter the room there were little presents from lego and snacks for a kid, that were lying on kid's bed. * LEGO is everywhere in the hotel. On every step there are a lot of spaces and activity corners, where children can play. * There is also a shop at the hotel with good variety of LEGO choice, branded cloths, snacks etc. Restaurant: * Breakfast was the same every day, however there is a good variety of choice. Lactose free / organic milk is present. Scrambled eggs were great! * Ordered dinner buffet at restaurant twice in the evenings. Not so cheap, but everything is tasty, again great variety, kid's menu is present. Staff attitude * Check-in went smoothly, all questions were answered. Self check-in is also possible. Everyone is smiling, helpful, kid's friendly. * Also I was surprised, that after a fool day at Legoland, when we left a nameplate "Do not disturb", we found a pack with clean towels and a toilet paper just near our doors. Other: * Fitness room is well-equipped. * The hotel has a direct Connection to Legoland and discount for entering for 1 or 2 days (the last even more discounted). * Possible to leave the baggage for a day. But the storage room is almost always opened and says: "storage at your own risk".

The room has indeed a good atmosphere, but it's noticeable, that the furniture is quiet old. I tried to pull out one of the shelves at the closet and the front panel left in my arms, because two screws were not tightened. Also, when we entered the room we didn't find the switcher for the main light, I asked from the reception to fix this., and the assistant said, that the hotel is old and the switcher could be higher near the closet. I found it almost near the ceiling! The child and my wife couldn't physically even get to it, because of its height.

Stayed here for only one night, and had a positive experience. The theme and decoration of the Ninjago rooms was done really well, and appreciated by the kids. Some nice touches, like the complimentary mini-bag lego set on each of the kid's bunks upon arrival. Breakfast was excellent - best hotel breakfast we've had. Lots of tasty options, good variety and high quality ingredients.

Staff were polite but not particularly warm or chatty. Not unpleasant - just not as customer-service focused as we've experienced elsewhere in Denmark. Lobby area quite chaotic and a bit disorganised - I understand there were a lot of people arriving, others checking out and that busy periods are unavoidable, but the management/organisation of this wasn't strong, and without a clear space for queuing, people waiting around with bags (not to check in) in the space where others were trying to check in. Not major issues, but just a bit of a fiddle for a "first" impression". Rest of the stay was excellent!
