The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and tidy. They were cleaned at least minimally every day. Although the breakfast was the same every day, it was of good quality.

Would describe these as minor shortcomings — there are no utensils in the rooms. We would suggest considering providing at least spoons, especially since there is a refrigerator. We did not ask for utensils separately — we probably would have received them. What we found lacking, however, is that it is not possible to order from a separate menu at the hotel restaurant, as only a buffet is offered. But that didn't stop us from enjoying the surroundings and the other advantages of this beautiful, small hotel.

Legendary LEGO design. Room was amazingly decorated in Wizard theme. Nice playground in front and in the back. Great sound insulation, I thought it would a problem as the room was right near the stairs but no, it was perfectly quiet. Breakfast is always included, food was good with enough of choices. Panorama restaurant slightly long to wait but great 3 course menu. A-la carte burger was terrible though. There were little gifts in there rooms for kids, great!

Staff did not explain anything pretty much, I had to figure out things myself. I think they could also be friendlier and engaging, especially in such special places for kids where they feel like in a fairy tale. We stayed in the Castle Hotel, outside in the front it felt a bit “empty”, something’s missing to me there, despite that there are few playgrounds.

Self was check-in very efficient. Rooms very comfortable and sound-proof. Both kids and adults beds were quite decent. Kids really loved the decorations. Lego is available everywhere in the room/ receptions etc so always smth for kids to do. Breakfast conveniently close by and the restaurant has a kids room with toys and Nintendo so kids loved it as well. The hotel is walking distance to both Lego house and Legoland. Overall clean and kept tidy considering the amount of kids. Little shop by the reception very convenient for last minute gifts and snacks.

Variety of the food for dinner and breakfast- we had breakfast and dinner twice and I wouldn’t be able to have another meal there. Food itself was OK.

We stayed in the wizard hotel, which we would recommend if you have a daughter. The room was spacious and clean, so was the rest of the hotel. The hotel looks amazing, the kids will love the decorations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have activities for kids, like competitions with prizes to build something out of Lego, there is a treasure hunt also a small puzzle that they can solve and get a prize that is locked in the room. The breakfast was great, there was a lot of variety and it was plentiful. Food was not missing on the table. there is a lot of activities in the breakfast room for the kids so you can relax. The playgrounds around the hotel are great too.

The bed covers were a bit too hot for this period of the year. It wasn't too big problem, we managed. Having 2 types of covers in the room would help.

Its a theme hotel and perfect for kids. Really its just perfect. They have lego everywhere and there is a playground outside. Its safe and clean. For parents its easy to go here as there are plenty of activities and the breakfast is very kid friendly. Rooms are also kid friendly with lego and separate tv for the kids.

The whole checkin experience is dreadfull as its automated so you do not get any personal welcome. Its really sad to see, as they do earn enough to have a normal check-in. Instead they focus on automatic check-in and the person behind the counter can assist but does not initiate contact unless spoken to. It was also sad to see that they did not serve dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, we had to go to hotel legoland, just next door to have dinner. It was perfectly okay, but a lot more expensive. Really, a lot more expensive....

We were a family of five and slept in the 4-bed knight room with an extra futon, which was an OK solution for one night. Kids loved the treasure hunt as well as the photoshoot with the knight and the princess in the morning. Personnel was kind and professional everywhere in the hotel, and the breakfast was great.

There is lego everywhere in the hotel, as it should be! But somehow, all the kids eventually ended up playing videogames, packed in the corner of the restaurant... I guess I would appreciate for the kids to be more "offline" when I take them to Legoland and would consider to take the consoles away.

Staff was not very polite. First asked us to book table for breakfast. When we came sed that go and find table yourself. There was no reserved table. And it wouldn’t be a problem. But to much confusion and rude answers. Our room was ready 16.30 instead of 15.00. And of course not a chance to stay even one hour longer on you check out day.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great space. Very clean. Food was refilled promptly. Tables cleared promptly. Little black bins are a great idea. Bedrooms were very cool. Very clean. Spacious for 4. Well equipped. Loved having a fridge to store water.

A playroom for children without Nintendo switch. Something like what Windsor has in the Legoland hotel resort. This was a big hit for our family when we visited Windsor in 2023

An amazing overall experience, I would say it is a must for everyone visiting Legoland to spend at least one night here. Wonderful and unique atmosphere, created by many small details, beautiful interior, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Very helpful staff. Located very conveniently just across the street from Legoland main entrance.

Breakfast was good, but selection was rather limited. Inside of the hotel looks amazing, outdoors feels a bit lacking. Very pricey.

Oh, this was the perfect stay! Great place, great hotel. We booked the knight room and it was perfect. When you enter the hotel you are entering the castle.. It is just perfect. Of course, it is very expensive but it worths every euro we paid. It was a birthday present/surrpise for my son and he told that this was the best day in his life!!! It is like being in fairy tale, even for adults:)

I think dinners are a bit too expensive, but on the other side they have "all you can eat" for the whole evening. So you can enjoy glass of wine while kids are playing with Lego in the evening.
