The room was very clean and spacious with plenty of room from other properties. The whole place was very, very tidy. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The food was also much better than equivalent places in the UK. Finally, the water park was brilliant. Our 5 year old boy absolutely loved it and said it was the highlight of his stay!

The linen hire on top of the cost was a little bit disappointing having travelled from overseas, but I accept that it makes sense for Danish, Dutch, German etc guests as it is easier for them to bring their own. The pillows in the rooms were poor and the beds weren't the most comfortable.

Paradise for the kids - a lot to do close to accommodation: various playgrounds, trampoline, as well as at the resort itself.

Quite outdated beds and utensils in the kitchen. No black-out (or at least dark) curtains or shades in the bedrooms, what makes summer mornings super early especially for the kids. The check-in instructions have not been clear. Once arriving close to our house we were lucky to bump into an employee who sent us to the service desk in the Lalandia main building. During the check-in have also been informed that water, electra and heating are not included in the price and we will be charged afterwards.

The location and all the facilities around the area, there’s so much to do. The accommodation itself was clean although in some houses you can bring a dog so in our house there was quite some traces of dog hairs around. The stay was very quiet though and nice all in all.

The curtains could have been better, difficult sleeping since it was not a blackout curtain. The cover mattress could use an upgrade. Note if you’re traveling from abroad you will have to buy literally everything, even the hand soap and toilet paper.

The house was very spacious, good light and well equipped. Plenty of area around the house for kids to play and very nice playgrounds. We also had a charger for our car on the driveway. Perfectly located to visit Legoland. Entertainment area has plenty of options, including Aquadome and indoor playground.

- We received several communications beforehand with check-in details and other information, but it was not very clear were the service center was located. This could be better explained in the written communication as there are no clear signs either around the houses or when you enter the Aquadome/Plaza area by car. - Pillows were too thin.

The house is well appointed and close to everything, serviced by a little train that takes you to the main building where there is a supermarket and everything kids may dream on while on holiday. It’s across the street from LegoLand and 2 km away from Lego House, also 3 km from the airport.

There are no essentials provided except for a toilet paper roll and some dishwasher tablets. Given the costs, more things could have been included. It is not OK sheets and towels are not included in the prices, plus they are very pricey (we paid 115 euros for 7 people). And the check-out time at 10 AM is a bit too much...

The size and the brightness was really good. Also the location waa good.

The toilet flush was beoken it means that we used it and it never stopped watering. So we immediately called the service center to order a mechanic. I also told the woman on the phone from the service center that I’m not willing to pay all the water that is running the whole time from the time it started until a mechanic fixed it. I also told her to make a note in my account so that I will not go to the service center on-site and they have no clue about this issue. I emphasized this two times. At the end the mechanic could fix it but the water was running for an hour. And guess what? When I later on was at the service center on-site they had no clue about it! I’m really angry about this bad customer service!

Excellent for families with children. House great with all amenities needed. Nice shopping within Lalandia, everything available and very friendly staff. Lifeguards in Lalandia extremely helpful, we had some minor injuries and got help immediately!

Food court in Lalandia needs to be improved drastically! 45 min to be able to order, staff more interested in flirting and “hanging” with other members of staff during working hours than preparing food. Complete lack of interest in service unfortunately! Not enough rings/boats for slides available - leads to long waiting time! Cleanliness in ladies lockers needs to be checked more frequently.

The privacy . A lot of playgrounds. And the activities you can do in lalandia

We met 2 problems during our stay. 1st.we arent given proper instructions with the usage of the door lock. So we need to go back to the service desk once more. The distance is quite long. 2. our door lock got problem. Its so irritating when the door code didnt function when we got home kl 22 in the evening. After a long day of activities. With 2 children who are tired and hungry. We got help 30min after the 1.call.

The house was very spacious, comfortable and clean. It has all the facilities we needed. It is close to Legoland as well and gives a very good option to combine both Legoland experience and have fun in Lalandia water park. The whole copmlex is amazing - lots of activities for both kids and adults, shops, supermarket, restaurant.

The Lalandia express - a small which transfer people to their houses was not always a reliable option. The policy with the sheets and towels is a bit strange and I would prefer to have them included in the price.

We liked the Lalandia village. It was very nice and quiet, with a goat pen and many playgrounds. The house, we lived in, was also very nice. It had all necessary equipment, only roaster was missing in kitchen. We spent many hours in Aquadome and enjoyed every minute.

Floors in accommodation were not clean enough, white socks got quite dirty. It was strange to us that we had to give our credit card info for paying for electricity and other such costs afterwards. We would prefer to pay a bit more beforehand, instead of being credited X amount afterwards. We were credited ~16€ (for 3 nights.
