The location was great with access to shopping mall and a really good Turkish bakery Was clean, bathroom spacious, beds comfortable and location really safe. Also as an advice, to park underground is the best solution for your carp. A little bit annoying was access in the hotel after 22 taking into consideration the winter holidays period when everything closes sooner.

Bathroom ventilation needs for sure to be fixed, was not so powerful and if more people are showering it creates a big sauna in the bathroom

Location over the shopping centre and beside the station is excellent. Very quiet and spacious room.

After 10.00 p.m. the shopping centre entrance closes. Finding the side entrance in the dark was very difficult. We thought we were locked out in the car park. Better signage and instructions should be provided. Some shelves in the bathroom would be helpful.

Very comfortable, clean room. There were lots of other people staying and they seemed loud in the public areas, but we didn't hear a thing inside our room, so the insulation must be very good. Plenty of parking space right by the hotel. Nothing much in the immediate vicinity, but it's a convenient location halfway between Copenhagen and Koge.

No staff, only a self-check-in machine, which was OK except that instead of having a credit card reader, the machine made me type my card details into a very small space on a very large screen. That part was frustrating, but it's only a minor detail.

Good location for visiting Copenhagen. Rooms were basic but clean. Good value.

No kettle in room (apparently we could have requested one but there was nothing to tell us that).

The accessibility to the trains was super simple and easy.

I would have liked to choose a room on the same floor as the elevator as we were unware that some portion (9th floor) was not disabled friendly. getting up there was a bit difficult for the older people we travelled with.

Very pleasant place to stay in Ishøj. Lovely room at an affordable price. The hotel entrance is in a shopping centre and it’s quite confusing working out how to get in, especially at night when you can only access it from certain entrances.

There were no reception staff present on the weekend. You ring a buzzer and the person on the phone gives you a code to get through the door. Then you check in on a self-service machine. it’s efficient, but a bit soleless.

Completely contactless - not especially my preference, but here it was very well performed! The entrance instructions were crystal clear, the access card machine worked as advertised and the room was clean and also as advertised.

Nothing I would let stand out.
