it was located near plenty of transport links, you had shops nearby for any essentials as well as a couple places to eat nearby. The television in the room had Chromecast attached to it, so you could watch whatever you wanted by linking up your device, which I thought was a brilliant idea. Staff were excellent when it came to checking out, somebody had charged a beer to my room, but I don't drink alcohol so they fixed that for me and removed the charge.

I wasn't overly happy about booking my room for one price, but when it came to paying at the hotel they added a 2.99% charge on top of it which I believe is a conversion charge that I wasn't aware of at any point in the booking, as a solo traveler with a budget it's not great. In the room itself, it's only simple things that weren't great, I found the lack of coat hangers was a bit irritating, I believe I had 3 hangers in my room so most of my clothes ended up laying on the chair and table.

Well connected via buses and tram. We found that the hotel was pleasantly quiet and we hardly heard other guests while in the room.

The only issue was that cleaning is done "every second day" and that wasn't mentioned on their page. So, although the staff offered fresh towels to solve the issue, it might be worth specifying that cleaning is not done daily.

Ideally placed location for the station with just 2 stops into Copenhagen, plus safe parking for our cars.

Not being made aware of the Hotel providing bar meals in the evenings. We were told on arrival to use get a burger from across the road and have a beer at the hotel. On the Moxy Hotels website there is a list of restaurants nearby with no mention or menu for the Moxy Hotel. It could have been useful to know certainly on arrival certainly no menu in the room either. We only had breakfast on one day ( our departure day ) but it was certainly overpriced and lacked choice.

The hotel is well situation, close to train, metro and bus lines. We arrived there after 12-day cruise, so just needed a place to stay over the weekend before our flight back to USA. Hotel is comfortable, similar to a Hampton Inn, by American standards. Good elevators, lobby is on the ground floor, staff was pleasant to work with.

We thought 159 DKK for breakfast (about $24 USD) was too high, but having spent two days in Copenhagen, we learned everything here is that ridiculously expensive, so not completely out of line. The room was small, just enough space for twin beds, but no closet or drawers, just a few hangers for coats. Bathroom was small but functional, comparable in size to the one on our cruise ship.

Really great place to stay if you are going to visit Copenhagen. All staff were extremely kind and helpful, they were always there to give right information and to help with anything you need! Hotel was, overall, really nice looking and very clean! Bar in the ground floor, where we had breakfast, was great and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Our room was amazing, toilet and shower very clean, beds more than comfortable, with so good ventilation and ideal temperature. I also must mention that cleaning staff were really considerate and polite. Hotel is very close to train and bus stations and there is also metro station 5-6 minute walk from hotel. Metro drives you directly to the center in about 10 minutes! I could write a book about how we are happy that we had chosen this hotel for stay and we definitely reccommend it. Thank you everyone from Moxy staff!

Absolutely everything was excellent for us

The hotel is very nice. It has everything you need and the location is near a train, so you can easily access the city. The hotel has a lot of games for the kids to play downstairs which is great!

The price was a little high in my opinion but it's Copenhagen and everything is pricey. Breakfast was included for us, but I don't know if it would be worth the cost if we had to pay separately for it.

A stylish hotel with a beautiful design, especially in the main lobby. There are plenty of chill zones, a gym, table tennis, and a cool bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is also great, it is in a calm part of Copenhagen, only about 10 minutes from the city center by metro.

Non-stop climate control. You can turn it off, but it still keeps running. The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was so soft that you would always sink into the middle. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, but not ideal for a longer one.

Room was lovely, staff very friendly. Good location. Welcome drink is a nice bonus we didn't expect.

Breakfast was extra and we paid for it, but it was not worth the money. Find a venue close by.

actually a surprisingly nice hotel - very close to suburban rail (A line) and quite close to new metro line 4 (although the south end of the line was working as a shuttle when we were there, which made the journey slightly slower than it should have been) - therefore very well connected to all parts of the City. The room was very nice, well appointed, very comfy bed, clean, very quiet. It would have been perfect with a cupboard into which we could have unpacked. Overall very good value. We also ate and drank there, good food and drink too

Good location, clean room, parking onsite (at a charge, but it was reasonable compared to other city parking). Nice areas in walking distance (plus easy to get into town by public transport - we enjoyed using the boat). Good value overall considering Copenhagen is an expensive city.

Seemed to be very much marketed to the younger crowd / young at heart! Cue lots of innuendo and 'chatty' notices. Kind of fun but won't appeal to everyone. One poor barman was totally overstretched one evening and not particularly friendly, but on the flip side had some very friendly reception staff during the day.
