It met our family's needs perfectly. Overall, it was a great value and very convenient.

Understaffed. There was usually only one person working the front and they were responsible for check in/check out and running the cafe/ bar at the same time. This led to long waits and long lines.

We stayed with two kids (6&9) in this hostel for 6 nights and it worked for us perfectly since we were there mostly for sleeping. It was quiet inspite of many young people groups, very good service (inkl. cleaning), super bus/subway connection to the city center, supermarkets nearby. And kids were extreme happy with the playing area (table tennis, chess, table football). There was also a communal kitchen there, where there was s fridge, dishes, two stoves and a kettle as well sitting and esting areas (but we barely used that). For the money the hostel costs it was the best choice to (afford to) travel with kids to Copenhagen. And kids were totally fascinated from the city and we will come back for sure

It would be really nice to have a possibility to open the window in the communal kitchen. Some people cooked very strange smelling things and the smell couldn't really get out. Since we used the kitchen for boiling water, it was still ok.

Safe to say that's the best hostel I've ever stayed at so far. Great breakfast for a nice price, especially comparing to the restaurants/cafes, and everything was REALLY tasty, couldn't get enough of it. Clean cozy room with comfortable beds, own bathroom, hair dryer. There was even a TV, but we never actually used it 😅 And lobby is huge, with board games and a lot of space. You can easily find some company there if that's what you're looking for. Staff was really nice and helpful, special thanks to the girls at the reception. Luggage room is a great thing, that was really helpful to have a place to leave our stuff before check-in since our early arrival. Location is also a benefit, few minutes only from bus and metro stations, different shops. And I really respect sustainable aspects here.

The fact that there's only one tiny kitchen is pretty much inconvenient, even if you want to get just a cup of tea you have to go all the way down to the 1st floor. There's not even a single glass in the room for the water :c Would be nice to have some locker or safe in the room. It was said there's one at the reception, but again, not really convenient. There was a small leak at the shower so every time after someone showered there was a mini flood. We booked a family room and there were two separate matrasses on the bed. Even better for us but might be not that comfortable for the actual family

The accommodation was very clean and warm. It was conveniently located for easy access to the main points of the city.

Overall, staying here was comfortable, but there are a few aspects that could be improved. For example, there was no kettle in the room, which caused some inconvenience, especially in the mornings. Additionally, a small fridge would have been very useful for storing food and drinks. As for the pillows, they turned out to be too flat, which wasn't very comfortable for sleeping. Overall, it's a great place for a short stay, but these details could be taken into account to improve the amenities.

Our stay was exceptional, and that is all thanks to this hotel. We went to a concert in Royal Arena, which was really close, and took maybe 30 minutes to get there with public transport. I can highly recommend this place, everyone was nice and the room was spacious and was very clean. :) Thank you for giving such good service!

There was a little bit of a misunderstanding in the bar downstairs, we ordered some food with my friend and they didn’t notice one of our orders. We ordered via online and they didn’t see it at first, only after we reminded them, but it was totally fine. I suggest guests to order at the front desk because that’ll probably solve this problem. :)

I would start from the entrance which is the reception, the staff is very nice and helpful, we had nice pizza very late when we arrived. I liked the presence of the breakfast area, chill area, play room... the position of this appartment is pretty good, with a metro you get pretty quickly to the city. The appartment was pretty decent and had everything we needed. Just a toilet and a bed to sleep. I would definitely recommend this Hostel to everyone from 9-99yo. For the price it offers it's really the best deal you can find in Copenhagen!

Perhaps it should be slightly cleaner but it's okay.

We stayed in the Family room, which was great. Extra crib requested was provided and was of really great quality (I did not get a confirmation it would be provided before our arrival though). The location was great for us since we didn't want to drive into the center of the city and there were multiple, convenient public transport options easily accesible that would get you to the center quickly (we used the DOT public transport app).

Even though we had reserved parking, all spaces were taken upon our arrival. However, the staff were extremely helpful and quick to find a solution that worked for us.

Modern facilities, lot of different activities available at hotel ( table tennis, table football, snooker, bar...). Room and bathroom big enough, clean, beds very comfortable. All amenities needed provided. Location good, couple of minutes walk from metro station towards city center (and 5 stations ride to main square). Peaceful neigbourhood but all needed available - supermarlet, bakery, couple of restaurants and bars. Also option to store luggage after check out is amazing, as well as quick and easy 24hrs front desk check in available.

Nothing, all was excellent.

- No kettle or any other supplies (spoons, forks, knives, plates) in the room or at least access to the kitchen. - Even after battery change in the remote, it was hard to change channels (or do anything else) on TV. - In the morning, water under the shower was changing from hot to cold. - In the e-mail from the hotel, it was mentioned that I would get an online check-in option, but that never came. Forms are available in the lobby.

Rather well located for the bus, not so much to the nearest metro (10 min walk, which can be long when you're travelling loaded). The hotel is ok and there is a lot of activities in the evening. The rooms are kept clean & clean sheets are provided.

Sharing a dormitory can be tricky and indeed it was when the bathroom was flooded after 5 people took a shower. The bed is surrounded by bars and has a basket on the side, which will hurt you when you turn in the bed if you're not careful. Towels were supposed to be on the bed at arrival but had to pick one up from the cleaning chariot as they didn't leave them on the bed as suggested at the hall's reception.
