It met our family's needs perfectly. Overall, it was a great value and very convenient.

Understaffed. There was usually only one person working the front and they were responsible for check in/check out and running the cafe/ bar at the same time. This led to long waits and long lines.

The hotel is amazing. We got a clean and comfortable room, to which we returned every evening with smiles on our faces. The staff is super kind and helpful even when sometimes they work alone on long, busy shifts. Angels! I saw in the comments that people complained about cleaning during their stay, and I might have an answer to that. They don't clean your room unless you ask for it. The hotel is very ecologic, and that's why they run things a bit differently that you may get used to while traveling. The bar is awesome! We enjoyed delicious pizza every evening! Even the prices weren't bad as for foreigners in Denmark! I am totally recommending and returning again if I come back to Copenhagen.

I was sorry for the employees working so hard mostly alone. I think the hotel could consider more employees unless the employees are satisfied with their job and pay they get.

Reception staff especially can remember Mike who always had a smile & immediate solution for any problems! Immediate next to k circle for buying small eating stuff. Car parking facility

Room, though clean and in matching lines with the photos, was very very simple. Especially as we had a problem with the curtains and then shifted to a new room with bunk beds (which were not used by us), it didn’t look that great. And as it was in the ground floor, keeping the curtains open was becoming a problem as passers by could straight look into. The car parking charges, though a help was a bit pricey.

We stayed with two kids (6&9) in this hostel for 6 nights and it worked for us perfectly since we were there mostly for sleeping. It was quiet inspite of many young people groups, very good service (inkl. cleaning), super bus/subway connection to the city center, supermarkets nearby. And kids were extreme happy with the playing area (table tennis, chess, table football). There was also a communal kitchen there, where there was s fridge, dishes, two stoves and a kettle as well sitting and esting areas (but we barely used that). For the money the hostel costs it was the best choice to (afford to) travel with kids to Copenhagen. And kids were totally fascinated from the city and we will come back for sure

It would be really nice to have a possibility to open the window in the communal kitchen. Some people cooked very strange smelling things and the smell couldn't really get out. Since we used the kitchen for boiling water, it was still ok.

Location only couple of stops from central station. 50 minute walk or two stops on subway. . Bike hire is good. Not extortionate price so keep Good bar. Great size of eating area and places to charge devices. Great locker under bed. Two bathrooms with showers in dorm room which is great . Staff are nice. Its good value for denmark for sure. Highly recommended and family friendly too.

Kitchen should be bigger for so many people. Can sleep 600 but one kettle and two little electric stoves and one sink and one microwave?!! Breakfast superbusy and too expensive for bread , cereal and some ham and fruit n boiled eggs. Soft drinks way too pricey. . Mattress was falling on one side but maybe just my bed.

Best value for money you can get in Copenhagen - ideal if you're solo and can't face private room prices and don't want a party dorm. Also seems a really neat place to stay for families of all ages. Very handy for the metro (10 min walk, very easy connection), supermarket and good kebabs nearby. Very very well set up dorm beds with solid beds, private lights, sockets, curtains and allocated hooks. Awesomely comfy and clean bedding. Despite other reviews, I found the rooms really quiet. Might depend which (connected) building you're in.

Our shower flooded the bathroom floor with each use - would have been good if they replaced the mat daily but I never bothered to ask. The under-bed lockers won't fit suitcases or larger backpacks or people without their own locks. Not an issue for me but heads up if that will bother you.

Very nice stay. I have some doubts because of reviews of other guests, but everything was wonderful. Of course it's not luxurious hotel, but it's amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. Two beds with some shelves, two chairs and one table. Enough place for two small suitcases and for having small dinner. Clean bathroom and towels. They don't clean room every day but you can order such celaning (free, of course). There is small kitchen for guests, playzone for children, storage room. Live music (free) on Fridays and Saturdays. Modest but good breakfast. Bread, tomatos, cucumbers, green salad, eggs, creps, confiture, humus, yougurt, cheese, salamy, tea, coffe, juice. You can buy some drinks and snacks (including icecream). 5 minutes walking from train station Sydhaven. Supermarket just at Sydhaven station.

More like a hotel than a hostel. Spacious rooms. Laundry room available. Some previous reviews have complained about noise from other rooms, but we had no problem with noise. Just a couple of minutes walk to a S-bahn station; trains every few minutes to the central railway station. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable.

The pillows are tiny and flat. The curtain in the room only covered half the window, and a floodlight was shining through all night from a neighbouring building. The kitchen and food preparation areas are far too small for this size of hostel.

The location : is near the train station Facilities : shared kitchen, refrigerators, pool table, chests sets, en play space for children/teenagers Breakfast was ok, enough options for budget hostels.

No airco, and it can be really hot in the summer and if you open the windows, you can hear all the noises from outside Parking: You need too booked sooner!! Other wise you will be looking for Parking space outside for hours if you get lucky! Online check in : still didn't work so well, the really need to fix it This is an Hostels and not a hotel

Good stopover option for families. No worries if you have a pet. :) Very good breakfast. Combination Hostel/Hotel so lots of young people. At the same time a good mix with older people and families as well. Bar/ Cafe was pleasant, spacious, well priced and a welcome bonus after we arrived late and wanted one easy drink before bed. This place was very good for our stopover needs. Room was basic but beds were comfy. Car parking was easy, though spaces run out and it's an extra cost.

No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Quite basic but suitable for overnight stopover.
