Rated 4-star, but some aspects felt cheap: - No carpet: great! Creaky floor boards everywhere: not great. - All-white tiles and harsh lighting in the toilet: felt like a hospital ward. - Toilet flush button hard to press; have to hold for 10-15 secs for full flush. - No toiletries shelf in the shower; no shelf below the toilet sink either. - No kettle, coffee, or tea provided. - Opt-in, rather than opt-out cleaning. - Felt dull eating the same food for breakfast 3-days in a row.

It was clean, comfortable, breakfast was really good and hotel staff helpful and friendly. In this hotel it was possible to leave your bags before and after checking in/out

My son and I stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was very busy due to Copenhagen Pride and Comicon, but despite that our room was quiet and cool. The space was decent and bathrooms clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for our purposes and staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was good, a bit crowded, but had nice selection.

When the buffet was really crowded, the food wasn't replaced very fast, despite that there was still an hour until it closed. We didn't experience that on the other days we stayed, however, and the staff was quick to clean tables even when it was busy.

Breakfast: Superb! A wide variety is available including waffles, bread, cereals, fruits, salad, yogurt, coffee, multiple juices, chocolates, croissants, and more. Early Breakfast: Can be arranged from 4 AM upon request. It includes buns, jams, ham, cheese, milk, cereals, juice, nuts, and yogurt. Bedroom: Spacious enough for two. While there's no kettle or facility to prepare coffee in the room (which wasn’t mentioned in advance), it wasn’t a big issue. Washrooms were clean. Drinking water isn’t complimentary and needs to be ordered separately. Daily housekeeping for free can be arranged. Staff: Friendly and responsive. Access: Convenient location, just 250–300 meters on foot to the nearest bus or local train stop.

The hotel room was a nice size with a big bathroom that had lots of counter space which was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and offered gluten free often as well. Location was conveniently located right in front of a bus stop and 7 min walk to the s-train so we enjoyed the area.

The room didn’t have a mini fridge or a kettle and some of the surface areas were dusty when we arrived/throughout our stay. The hotel offers ‘light cleaning’ upon request. We were surprised that when we arrived and went to take a shower that there wasn’t shampoo in the bottle and had to call reception to bring some. These are just little things. Overall it was a nice stay.

Hotel very clean and modern, great breakfast options and free parking on site is great as well. Only a few stops away from the city center or reasonable walking distance - so perfect location to explore CHP and not having to spend thousands of DDK for parking your car :)

Seems a bit opportunistic to offer an early check-in for a fee of 200 dkk, I don't think it adds to the 4 star rating of the hotel. Happily with the free parking, you can leave your stuff in the car and just go explore the city :) Staff in the reception was fine, but no more effort than required, seen a lot more smiles during breakfast by the staff bringing the food and clearing the tables. The air conditioning controls are in the room - but clearly you do not control the temperature at all, only the air flow. We had to sleep with the window open, as it was quite warm in the room.

Excellent breakfast, lots of room for everybody and delicious food (I’m still thinking about the fluffy bread and scrambled eggs). On top of that, it has the best hotel gym I’ve ever been to! Very well equipped. Could finish a whole normal gym routine with no problem. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable.

It’s a bit farther out from downtown… however the metro/bus station is really close by. I walked to Nyhavn and got to see the Meatpacking District and Vesterbro, which were pretty neat. Would be great if they could add body lotion to the toiletries.

It's the second time we stayed in a Scandic hotel, just because we were very impressed from the first time. Room was big with all the amenities one can desire. Beds were nice and comfortable and our room was cleaned up every day. Train station is like 2 minutes walk from the hotel and in 2 stops you are in the central train station. The breakfast was fantastic, with so many options. Kids also had a free mocktail which they loved and thank you. In the garden it has a small mini-golf which was our everyday thing to do!

Good location - only two stops from Copenhagen central station and just a short walk to the station. The hotel is in a redeveloped former industrial area so, whilst pleasant enough the surroundings are a bit souless.

Breakfast selection was very good but as it's a large hotel it's a bit hectic at breakfast time. We dined in the restaurant twice in the evening. The food was ok but a very small choice of dishes and the menu was the same on both days. The rooms are only serviced on request and when we did ask for it (we were there for four nights) the tea, coffee and milk weren't replenished. We had to ask at Reception each day for more supplies.

he standard room had everything you needed. It wasn't noisy, even though we were on the first floor facing the parking lot and traffic. There was enough space for two people. Maybe a mini fridge and kettle would make things even better. There was enough choice for breakfast. More people came over the weekend and at one point it was hard to find a table, but once they were done, they just had to get up and not talk. They use top mattresses on a high base so the beds are a bit odd.

Crowding at the check-in, early check-in is not guaranteed and even though I sent a message we just waited until something became available and that happened in the early afternoon. 4pm is a late check-in time.
