The bed frame edge is so dangerous you can easily break your foot little finger or hit ur knees . The mattress should be larger.

Loved our stay. While the facility is unmanned staff is very responsive online and willing to resolve any issues. Location is a bit outside of center but walking distance to metro station. The room itself is new, stylish and comfortable, bed is nice, internet was very fast. There are shared washers with dryers. You can use luggage storage facilities after check out which was awesome.

Room is quite small for 2 people and there are very few options for organizing things (like drawers or shelves) if you are traveling with a lot of stuff. There's only one power socket on each side of the bed which is already occupied by reading light.

I booked this apartment for my parents when they visited Copenhagen. We booked it for the location and the kitchenette which allowed them to make some simple food some of the evenings. They felt great and had everything you need in a room, including a little balcony. Staff was very nice and communicative.

Everything was great. Something to be aware of, like with many apartments, there is no daily cleaning and that has to be ordered at extra cost. This was not a problem for a stay shorter than a week.

Great apartment, had everything we needed despite the small space, and it was very clean. Very new and modern, but cozy at the same time. Washing machines and dryers available in the building, were a much appreciated bonus (with free laundry detergent too). 8 minutes on foot to the nearest metro and bus station. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The view from our balcony was on a not very well maintained parking lot. We would have appreciated more hangers as there is never any space to hang our clothes and towels. Also another little complaint: power sockets were far from the bed.

Could have had extra storage in bathroom which I believe is being sorted. TV couldn’t get HDMI to work to watch uk to via laptop

Very nice room with lots of amenities

Would be good to have some indoor slippers & better toiletries. Also maybe have an onsite umbrella guests could use.

The most important thing was that after realising of loosing my back pack, hotel found it, and kept it save for me to come and collect. Also hotel was asking during the stay if we are happy and we need anything at all. Thank you ❤️

Was close to the Metro (Sluseholmen) 4 minutes walk. 3 Day PP Transport costs 220 DKK for all around Copenhagen. To the city center is only two stations.Around the corner you can buy food or something else

The brand new units are fully equipped with all appliances necessary for long stay. They are cost and well maintained.

Nothing negative observed.

Good location. Few grocery shops are located in walking distance. 5 minutes walking to street food spots.
