Everything was as expected, very nice place to stay with the family. There is a pool and great breakfast, with plenty of selections for kids and grownups. The room might seems small, but it is a regular family room in Scandinavian standards, since we were mostly in the city it served us well. The hotel is easily reachable via busses, but keep in mind that it will take about 30-40 min and bus changes to reach most central attractions. Still for us that was not an issue. The room was clean, the common areas were quite cozy and the staff was super attentive and very nice! In previous reviews people were complaining of the cleanliness, we had no issue with that everything was nice and clean.

One of the reasons I chose the hotel was to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately the water is quite cold. So it is ok for a quick refreshing swim, but if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the pool with your kids - this is not the place. Smaller kids may even not get into the water. On the up side the sauna was nice and so is the area in general. Regular bacon and not so spice sausages at the breakfast would be very welcome. I have to say it is a bit of an expectation to have a regular bacon at breakfast, but only the Danish version was served (cube cut up pieces). We did not have any, and usually its what we have for breakfast.

I don't know how many hot days a year they get over there but during our stay the room felt too hot and stuffy, even in the evening. With no air-conditioning, the only option was to keep the window open. Alas, the noise coming from the nearby motorway was too loud for us to bear. There are no underground or S-train stations in the vicinity, so public transport options are limited. Still, the aforementioned setbacks would not discourage us from booking again and we were, overall, happy with our stay.

The hotel is situated close to Copenhagen and as we were travelling with 2 kids by car, we decided to stay there. I found the price very reasonable for the service and facilities included. Breakfast buffet is quite diverse. I like the opportunity to bake waffles, range of cold and hot drinks, eggs, healthy porridges. Even when the restaurant was overcrowded the staff did their best to serve fresh food quickly. I liked the wellness area and it was one of the main reasons why I have chosen this hotel.

Unfortunately during the Christmas to New Year week the main restaurant and the bar were closed. It would be very convenient to have a dinner or to grab some meals there. The room was super tiny. We booked a family room, but it is quite hard to stay there comfortably for the family of four. No real wardrobe, just several shelves and clothes hooks. The shower and the toiletries are very simple.

The location allows easy access to the city center via bus commute. The room is clean and nice, designed in a nice minimalistic approach

Unfortunately the room ordered for two was set up for one person. Night shit could barely find any blanket

They closed the pool for cleaning in morning when I went to use again and it was locked. They couldn’t tell me how long to reopen. They close pool and sauna several times per day for cleaning. Would be nice to know the closure schedule to plan around. But other than that great stay.

Two elevators is not enough when it’s busy. Safe batteries had run out (Saturday) but this could only be fixed on Monday (no technician around in the weekend). Just one lady at reception is perhaps also a bit minimalistic on a very busy Saturday evening? Pretty expensive car charging in the parking lot by the way (0,61 euro/kWh for just 11 kV; of course not the hotel’s fault but still…)

Located close to highway, good for motorists. A bus stop is also close by, though. Clean and decent rooms.

Wish rooms had tea/coffee maker, most hotels have this basic facility. No restaurants nearby other than McDonald. Challenge on Sat-Sun when hotel restaurant is closed

It was lovely and quiet and a great location for us with good bus connections. The staff were all excellent, as was the food. We would have liked the restaurant to be open at weekends however.
