The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom also spacious with a shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a hair dryer in a cupboard in the bedroom plus coffee/tea facilities with provided tea and coffee, and a mini bar (against payment) The bed was really nice - the mattress was to the firmer side, but that is how I like it! The duvets seemed really thing but turned out to be plenty warm. The breakfast was a continental breakfast - buffet style, not huge but still with plenty of options and the table was filled up all the time - so it did not run out of option. You could make your own waffles, that was a nice touch! There is an a la carte restaurant in the evening (additional payment) with nice dishes and fair prices (I had dinner here 3 evenings out of 5.)

There were 2 hot days and you can't regulate the temperature in the room other than by opening the terrasse door (there is no terrasse but a glass front making sure you can't call out when you open the door). It was important to keep the curtains drawn during the day to not have too much heat coming in through the windows. The pillows were very high - I tried to use it on the first nights The hotel is in an industrial area so during the day many professional vans and trucks drive by in the street - but at night time it was quiet as the businesses around the hotel were closed - so it was no problem sleeping with the terrasse door open,

The room : It was clean and good enough for 2 persons, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and enough space, the variation of breakfast was also good. The location : We were to staying here because it is near to the Viking museum that we want to visit. It is also near the Copenhagen and highway. You don't need to booked a parking space, you can park in the hotel area and they have decent space for parking. The staff : They were friendly and helpful.

For a 4 star hotel, they don't have an airco so that was a bit disappointing, we need to open the big window for a fresh air from outside. We want to have a room next to each other on a same floor since we traveled with our 2 boys, but apparently they don't have room on the same floor with different bed requests (queen en twin beds), and I didn't get the confirmation earlier, only when we arrived for check in (we were arriving late in the hotel). They were kindly offered that we can choose tomoved to same floor on the next day, but since we only stayed for 2 nights it wasn't convenient for us so we stayed in the room that we booked. They charged deposit for mini bar and snacks in the room, though one of the room didn't have a minibar, but luckily the returned the deposits after 2 weeks.

The hotel is pretty new, the beds are good and the carpark seems secured. We were pleased to see they had a restaurant on-site as we didn't want to get out again in the pouring rain but...(see what we didn't like...)

The service at the restaurant was appaulling . People who arrived much later than us we being served.The waitress, who only works at very slow speed when she is not pretending to work, lost our order, and we waited for nearly 2 hours before being served after asking the other waiter and then the cook where our order was . And the price is exorbitant. If you can, go have dinner somewhere else!

We were allowed to leave the car at the parking lot after check out to explore the city some more.

The housekeeping left the window open in our room for entire day, what made the room freezing cold and the only solution of the staff was giving us a radiator. I don't have to mention that if the window in open for entire day in December in Denmark all fabrics became damp including our clothes and bedding. I spent most in the evening in sweater in the room. No responsibility taken. Breakfasts modest and monotoneous.

The location. It's a bit far from Copenhagen but if you get ahold of the metro it's not that hard or far after. Also after showering the water was everywhere and had to use small towels to clean a bit until it dried itself,other than that it was good. I'm also waiting for my money ,they charged me 500dkk in case we'd use a minibar which we did not use,so waiting for the "refund" i guess

One of your staff refused to allow us slippers and dressing gowns. She states these were only available if you booked the spar room. This is contrary to the information given when you scan the qr code in the room in which It just states available upon request. Very unprofessional.

First of all, the ability to check in and check out online is a great convenience. Breakfast is delicious, varied and suitable for people of all dietary types. Friendly staff, cleanliness as much as possible, quiet, peaceful environment.

It is very far from the city center and you need at least 1 hour to reach it. Otherwise everything is perfect. Good value for money considering Denmark's astronomical prices. I would still recommend it.

+ Spaciest room with a lot of natural light (big windows and glasses doors to terrace) + Well equiped bathroom, toalet and bedroom + Terrace on ground level + Clean + Acceptable noise (sometimes truckers were around) on street

- Personal (some of them) can be more professional - I've got room in underground where is preparation of food, hotel warehouse, fitness and loundry - Very hard orientation for me in underground, several times entry to wrong door (also was tired) - Hotel block your 500 DKK for potential using room bar (gives you money back when 1-3 days after you leave hotel) - Food can be better (more natural and fresh) and cheaper - Parking place (free) has to be extended (always was full)

Great breakfast with many options and very good dinner. Breakfast/dining hall is beautiful. The staff was very helpful, especially the pretty lady.

It is a bit far away from Copenhagen (about 15') thus you need definitely car. You have to do something for the noisy chairs in the breakfast hall. I don't like the policy about 130 euro deposit for consuming goods from the bar :)

I hotel was comfort and clean. In general everything was nice and good.
