Very quiet, safe, and beautiful resort with a large pool and kind, helpful professional staff! Stores-including a large supermarket, small restaurant, bars, and other stores are available within 5-8 minute walk, very safe and secured neighborhood where people keep their doors unlocked, the area around is very beautiful with many other hotels and condos around. No loud music during the night time and relaxing atmosphere. Important thing is plenty of hot water in shower, while in many other hotels hot water is only available for about 5 minutes , while in Bavaro green it was available non-stop.

The apartment is clean, spacious, and well equipped. All utilities were clean and good to use , just a few little things as leaking water from the sink or fridge, not knowing where, but most of the time was water on the floor. The kitchen furniture was run down. The pool was nice , we did not use it and was out of work for 2 days. The location is good , less than 10 minutes walk to Ole supermarket or guagua station. Nice to have AC in the room , easy check in and check out .Good price for what you get.

The receptionist/ manager's attitude changed completely after we paid . Could be nicer and look at people when talking to them. We asked twice for toilet paper, and we ended up buying it because they gave us 1 roll for 7 days.

Bed 🛌 is no.god at all. Please change the mattress

Area is god

The kitchen is fully equipped for a small family to enjoy cooking meals and eating together. The living space is cosy and bedrooms are spacious enough to also chill in (there's only the bed though). The view of the pool came with a comfy hammock and it was nice to be able to use the small table and chairs to have a drink in the evening.

The pool area can be quite active, with music playing. This is a plus as you can also join in the fun! If you are remote working, you may need to find a way to work in your bedroom with your own internet/wifi.

We needed a night stay before heading towards Samana. Booked it very last minute. AWESOME AWESOME LOCATION! Spacious apartment. Functional kitchen. Made our own breakfast. Supermarket and tons of resturants within walking distance.

Hot water took a little longer to come. Or never came

Charming, large, rustic, clean, sweet staff, close to everything. I was able to cook just fine in the stocked kitchen. Oven was broken. It is in el barrio. Supermarket, fast food, bank all within 6 minute walk. I didn’t have any issues.

No complaints. Bed pillows, mattress, bed linens could be upgraded. I don’t think they had protectors on them. Otherwise my stay was fine.

well furnished and spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, big fridge, AC (bedroom only) and large hammock in porch area. The staff team are friendly and helpful - they helped us book an excursion for a really good price including transportation. There is on site parking and plenty of street parking, the swimming pool is a good size and you can always find space to lounge around the pool. The local supermarket is less than a 5 min drive, with plenty of options.

It would have been great to have AC in the lounge area in place of the fan. A better couch, the one we had was completely sunken and uncomfortable and lastly constant hot water in the shower, we found that it ran for the first minute or so, then ran cold for the rest of the shower.

I liked that the air conditioning kept the bedrooms cool in the night and we had a full apartment with kitchen utensils there already. I liked that their was still hot water for the shower even at night time. I liked that its quiet and peaceful. And also I had an issue with my booking but Raquel took care of that she is wonderful give her a raise!

I think the furniture could be more comfortable in case you want to sit in the living room and watch a movie or TV.

We are more than one person , and they give only one magnetic card ( key ) for the door . When i go out of the Hotel , sometimes i have to wait outside several minutes at the street because the have nobody in the office .

Staff is very nice and professional, the neighborhood is safe and secure, everything works, stores and restaurants are within walking distance, quite and beautiful.
