Location is central, and there is free parking, not really with a guard, but it felt safe enough. The room is very spacious, it had a very large bathroom, and a separate closet area, a bar / desk where one can work, and a couch / seating area, and a balcony with chairs and table. And water dispenser available. And ceiling fans, if you want to turn off the AC a bit.

There is not really a lobby area, so it feels more like a airbnb, where you don´t really see staff. Also, with such a big room, it would have been great to have a coffee maker or water kettle in the room, so you can make your own coffee and tea.

Good hotel in a perfect location for the male traveler if you know what I mean. Not too far from the beach and night life action. Short walk to everything. Baileys Restaurant downstairs is very good. Providing free bottled water is an excellent perk. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area.

A little pricey but the modern room and free bottled water helps to overlook the price.

The hotel is very well run. Check in and check out were quick and easy. With the A/C unit and 2 ceiling fans, the room was very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and quickly. Good selection of TV stations. Free wifi. The hotel restaurant had a great selection of local and standard foods. Room service was also available. 24 hour security.

Frequent but very quick power outages. It seemed to be an issue all over town and not the hotel's fault.

The hotel and staff were great. Very clean and attentive. No complaints. Thanks to the staff. Very nice people. The attached restaurant (Ballies) was good and convenient.

I would suggest teaming up with a touring company to give the guests something to do during their stay. Sosua itself can be pretty boring during the day.

The breakfast at Bailee's restaurant is very good, however there are a couple of places nearby that is a bit better and a better value.

Everything was GREAT...right up to the time one of the managers pretty much called me a liar (in reference to how Booking.com has handled my transaction). I didn't appreciate someone not knowing me or how I handle my finances saying "I don't believe you". Everything else was absolutely GREAT!!

Location. Clean. Friendly and responsive staff.. Secure. Nice size room.

TV was good, just would have preferred a YouTube or smart TV option on which i could have synced my iPad. Just a small suggestion if they ever get new televisions. Really not a big deal, just a "nice to have." Definitely would stay there again.

The check in was pretty easy. Kevin was very helpful. I loved the convenience of having Bailees right below the restaurant. It really made everything convenient. The closeness to the beach along with having security and an atm not too far was great. Also the free bottled water was a plus. I just wish they had something like a small convenience store inside the hotel

I did like my room, but I understand that the way the beach and town is set up, the views from the room are limited. The room did have a decent view. Too bad the place did not have elevators LOL. I wish Bailees had a credit card machine. It was a small nuisance to keep going to the atm across the street for cash.

I love the place totally. The only issues was the water , salty like if they was getting it from the beach ,and you definitely can't drink it , the TV remote needs work . But everything else was great .

Perfect location with modern large rooms. Cleaning service came everyday even on Sunday. Abundance of free water.

Wish breakfast was free for guests. Several hotels in the area offer that incentive. The gym is not useful at all.
