The Hotel is very clean with very friendly staff. I stayed with my family including two toodlers and out stay was very good. Breakfast had variety but not the typical European buffet but we loved it. We particularly appreciated the airpot shuttle since we were travelling a lot of luggage. The room we had was very spacious with two queen size beds. for the price we paid and the services we got, we were satisfied.

We weren't presented with which facilities we could use for free but we were there for one night so it didn't really matter to us.

Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, friendly staff. Spoke and understood English. Very clean. Overall, a good experience for new-to-international travelers.

Early shuttle was full, caused us to almost miss connecting flight. Elevator use was not explained, a bit unnerving to get in an elevator and not be able to use it. Part of our bags were brought up right away, the other part at 2 am. We were asleep and staff knocked on the door, woke us up to give us the other bag. Rough on exhausted guests.

Excellent place to stay overnight before a flight. It is a long (45+min) but not too expensive ($15 each way for me in 2/2025) Uber into Quito proper. The property appear newer built and is comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful from the staff for the airport shuttle to the desk staff and everyone else I encountered.

Very far from Quito proper, so best suited for those flying in/out (like we were) not planning to explore the city for a longer stay.

Night: The vegan meal could have been better. Vegan protein like tofu or beans, for example. Breakfast: No good healthy options for nonmeat eaters. (Example: beans, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes). No GF cereal or bread for wheat allergies. (Sin gluten). No Soy milk (leche de soya) for dairy allergy.

I booked a superior room and inside wthwre was not beauty kit and slepers. I went to the reception and ask for it to take a shower and they told me it was not possible to give it to me. I didn’t want to question because it s a 5 stars hotel so, for law, this is the minimum kit you have to found in your room. But ok I was late. For sure I will note it for my next stop in this chain. I really hate where superior hotel deny what they have to give to guest. I ask for a tampon and it was 18 dollars 🤣 ok they work very well 😂😂

What impressed me was that the moment we stepped out of the doors of the airport there was a holiday Inn Staff waiting for us with our names on the card. Then we were whisked to the hotel with zero delay and zero work in our part as the staff both of them helped with the luggage. So from the moment we came out of the gate until we were in our room we didn’t have to touch our luggage. Super friendly in a super modern building. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, new place far away from the airport that you don’t hear anything. Super well appointed, comfortable, clean, and the restaurant was surprisingly awesome! Extremely good service from the very friendly staff.

The only thing that we would have liked was having breakfast room service. We had a super early flight but th menu only offers lunch and dinner options, even though it’s open 24 hours. We ate at the airport.

The place is very well maintained and the staff is friendly / helpful. The room was very comfortable, ample and clean. We didn't use any of the facilities because we were there for a very short time but there was a nice bar area, pool, gym, etc. Everything looked spotless.

Breakfast was good, not great. Had decent variety but not everything was tasty. The location is great if you NEED to be close to the airport. However, keep in mind that there's not much else to do there. I only had one meeting in Quito Airport so I think it would have been better FOR ME to stay in Cumbayá or Puembo to be close to restaurants.

Price is way too high Room service was terrible we order a chicken sandwich they said it would be 40 minutes. After 2 hours and 3 phone calls they said we could not cancel the order. We had to call the front desk to cancel Guayaquil is a much better option if you are traveling domestic

Breakfast was good, as was the room service which was great after a very long flight and stress of no baggage arriving. Huge bonus to have a shuttle to meet me as I do not speak Spanish and again on leaving in the morning, that was really nice touch. I also forgot my charging lead and the hotel were so helpful and gave me basic toiletries as I had no luggage arrive all the way from Middle England to London, to Madrid to Quito so good to have friendly faces

All of it was great no negative comments, thank you especially from my son who I arranged it for.
