Location by the airport is convenient when getting into the airport late. A cheaper option than staying right at the airport. The property arranged a taxi for us. The driver who is the husband of one of their staff who is waiting for us in baggage claim with a sign. Breakfast included made to order hot meals with a few options each day plus fresh squeezed orange juice. We had the room with the jacuzzi and it was very nice and relaxing. Be mindful that there is no air conditioning or heat. So bring many different styles of clothes. The property was fenced in for safety and the reception staff we communicated with spoke English.

Lack of comfort amenities. If they had air conditioning or refrigerator in the room or access to an ice machine would make the stay better. Neighboring properties were quite loud. On Saturday night they had a party with a DJ and we could hear everything. Luckily, we were so exhausted from traveling we fell asleep anyway. On Sunday night though the neighbors left their dog outside, which is cruel. That dog barked ALL NIGHT LONG. I woke up at 3am to pee and heard the dog barking. It was unreal. We could've complained but what is reception going to do about neighbors? They can't control them. Bring a sound machine.

If you have kids and need a place to stay near the airport, this is your place! We had a one night layover after an exhausting trip and this place was perfect! We were all able to relax, with the kids also able to run around outside, playing with the bunnies, llamas, ponies, dogs, cats, chickens, and more. The kids were allowed to pet and hold the animals and had such a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. It is very close to the airport, but even with the proximity, the planes were never an issue for sleep nor cause much disturbance during the day. We wish we stayed another day or so.

The only negative was the kid beds in our rooms. They were extremely hard and very uncomfortable and I wouldn’t consider them an option to sleep on. Also, we couldn’t get an early breakfast (we left at 6:30a for our flight), but that is understandable with their staff scheduling.

The location near the airport was very convenient. We stayed at Airport Suites our first two nights before flying to the Galapagos and also on our last night after the Galapagos . We booked here knowing that they have alpacas on the property and they did not disappoint. The alpacas are friendly and adorable! There are also some unique ducks , a cat and friendly dog & other animals on the property. We recommend using their pick up service at the airport ($8) since it is tricky to find. We also had them order a taxi to take us to the airport - the property is gated and their taxi contacts know how to open the gate and will be right at reception waiting for you . I had to leave at 12:30 am and was happy to see the taxi waiting ($5 taxi to the airport). If you are going in to Quito, you can use uber which was only $16 and uber gives you a code for safety reasons. You show the driver the code when you get in car, he sends the code to uber which confirms and tracks the ride.

The rooms are basic- it was a bit cold in the room. Our first rooms only had a thin blanket. When we checked in at night , the windows were open , we closed them but the rooms never warmed up that night. There is no drinking water in the room but there is filtered water for water bottles in the main reception area .

Facilities were brilliant and comfortable. Enjoyed the enclosed area where I could walk around (you couldn’t tell you were so close to a main road). Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was nice. I was picked up from the airport to bring me to the hotel for only $8 (most appreciated after a 30hr journey). I had also booked my return date but unfortunately had to cancel this which the hotel did for free and waived the cost of it after I explained. Great place, and will be returning when I visit Ecuador again.

This is a great location near the airport. We only stayed one night and we're very pleased with this hotel. We liked that we were able to eat there at their restaurant as we didn't want to leave the premises once settled in. They had many options on the menu for very good prices. Our room was very big with jacuzzi tub, walking closet and huge comfortable bed. They have a sort of hobby farm on site with lamas, chickens, rabbits, ducks, etc., and the outdoor area was really nice with lemon orchard, mature trees and a pond.

My stay here was driven primarily due to the low cost and location close to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was given the cost. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size for a single traveler. I've stayed in other places in Ecuador and this location was honestly better than I had expected for the price paid. They had good Internet service for what I needed (I wasn't streaming so I can't rate how that would work but for basic email and web searches, it was great). This was just an overnight stay so I can't rate any of the tours or other offerings of this hotel but for what it was, it was great.

My only less-than-stellar impression was that when I arrived around 1:30pm, the room was not ready even though they had replied on Booking.com that my arrival time, which I had requested between 1 and 2, would not be an issue. I left and took care of a few other things before coming back so it wasn't a big deal - just not ideal. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else negative given the price point and my expectations.

Everything, for the second time in 2 months. THe fod was good, especially considering the hotel does not have a dedicated restaurant. I loved the "country" feel. There were alpacas, flowers, a very nice swimming pool, alpacas, ducks, flowering plants and much more. The hotel staff even arranged for a very reasonably priced taxi drop-off at the airport at 3:45 am.

Can't think of anything. Really. No ... seriously. Just typing more words to satisfy this review form. Everything was great, and I always prefer to support a small business over the corporate hotel chains that cost up to 4x as much.

My car to the property was waiting for me on arrival as organinsed by the property. Room was just fine for my needs, dinner and breakfast were freshly made to order and plentiful. Staff was lovely and even helped me organise a trip to the hot springs. The animals roam freely so I had them munching on the grass one morning outside my room, amazing. Very pleasant walking around the property. I would stay again.

Thought I'd need aircon but didn't miss it.

The property was situated super close to the Quito Airport, which is exactly what I wanted. I loved that there was ample room to roam on the luscious grounds to stretch my legs and enjoy views of the pond and ducks, beautiful flowers, and being mesmerized by the numerous intriguing alpacas as well as the rabbit, and other small animals on the premise. Obviously, most people are in and out after one night, yet I was looking for lodging to relax for several days before I headed to the Galapagos Islands and the Quito Airport Suites was the perfect choice for me. Complimentary breakfast included many offerings including fresh juices and a cook to prepare eggs “my way” daily, despite being the Easter holiday weekend. They also offer a limited, yet delicious and reasonably priced menu on site. One could place an order in advance to have a meal ready at a particular time. Plus, there was use of a fully functioning, indoor pool to swim laps that was open daily. It is my experience that hotels often boast a swimming pool, yet often it is closed; that was not the case at Quito Airport Suites. I loved my first floor room that was bright, modern, spacious, and quiet. There were many places on the grounds to linger and relax and enjoy the scenery. Separately, there is a 24/7 pharmacy at the Quito Airport, if needed. Everyone was warm and welcoming, particularly Domenick, the manager, who is a native English speaker and fluent in Spanish as well. He was over the top accommodating in innumerable ways. First, use them for airport service as he recommends, it’s half the cost of a regular taxi. I inquired about the possibility of a last minute day excursion to Otavalo through Domenick who insisted on initiating contact with the agency for me to ensure a seamless process.
