We just stayed one night between flights and arrived late and left early so we couldn't take advantage of the outdoor spaces, which looked lovely in the dark. The staff cooked us a wonderful Tilapia dinner at short notice and were very welcoming and kind. I hope we get to spend more time on our next stopover in Quito. The room was very nice and the shower had great pressure and hot water. I definitely recommend you book a taxi from the airport through the hotel, as it would be hard to find if the taxi driver is not familiar with the location.

Room was a bit dated. No television in room but not an issue for short visit.

The staff here are super helpful and the gardens are beautiful. I would stay here again.

Sadly I had no hot water for a shower.

we got in late after 7 PM, and they cooked the two of us supper. It was more food than we anticipated, and they went way above and beyond to take care of us. I would highly recommend this property. It definitely gets a 10+ from us.

It was wonderful to have a late check-in and check-out, it was very accommodating to the flight schedules. And to have dinner prepared especially for me. DELICIOUS.

I just wasn't ready to wake up when the lawn man was, but that was okay as well.
