The room is a little old, but very comfy, the view was amazing, you can see El Panecillo, and at night the city lights up. The location was perfect - close to embassy and Quicentro.

The person at the reception had unclear connection with the Booking Reservation, he scared me saying he didn't have my reservation, but eventually did find it. Afterwards he was pretty nice.

Very clean in a great location close to 2 malls and La Carolina Park. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Confortable bed with a fully equipped kitchenette. Free breakfast was excellent consisting of eggs, toast, bowl of fresh fruit and fresh squeeze juice. Great location.

Excellent hotel. Great value for money. The reception staff was very helpful and specially Maria the hotel Manager went out of her way to help us. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and juice.

The apartment did not have crockery and cutlery as that is an essential requirement. The location was a little difficult as too much uphill climb to get back to the hotel

Great room, great view, great staff. Comfortable bed. Small bathroom with low water pressure, though.

No room cleaning during the 3 nights stay, despite the "please clean" sign put on the door handle. I could have mentioned but I was leaving early and coming back late each day.

The staff was wonderful, the place was very clean and neat. The view was good. The bed was very comfortable. I think I got value for money.

I think the restaurant can add a variety of food and a spa will be a good addition.

I had a great time in Ecuador.The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends

Owner was very friendly ,they always make you comfortable, they will treat you like a family member, I like it , very very good hotel .

No hot water from the showers to two of our rooms.
