I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Le Parc. I arrived around noon. The welcome was very friendly, and I could already access the room. The room was not extremely spacious but really comfortable (with sofa and gigantic television, but no desk); the bed was amazing. I had a rate which included breakfast, and the dishes we ordered (eggs Benedict & French toast) were really good; in addition, there was a buffet which offered a good variety of options. I want to highlight how friendly the service was. Before leaving, i.e., while waiting for the taxi, I was offered a complementary beverage, which I think was a lovely gesture.

There is really nothing to complain about. Only a small comment: there was no hairdryer in the room (or I was too clumsy to find it).

From the moment you arrive, you are looked after exceptionally well. The staff here are just magnificent and will do anything to help you with whatever you need. What a joy! The rooms are spectacular, the views are spectacular, the beds are so wildly comfortable you could sleep for days. Beautiful lighting options as well so you can enjoy a peaceful evening in, chilling out with nice lighting and great food.

The showers! The showers are water saving rain showers that are installed so high it’s impossible as a woman to shower without getting water all over your dry hair. Because the holes in the shower head are so far apart, the water sprays out not down in a direct way, so you end up with water sprinkles sideways - it’s almost impossible to wash off soap lather. Rain showers are bad enough for women (impossible to keep your fresh blow dried hair intact) but these ones are even worse than most because they are so high, and ridiculously impractical. Also, the bottles of product can’t be squeezed so you end up throwing most of it away anyway, because it’s impossible to get the conditioner or body lotion out of them. But the product itself is lovely!

Location was good and facilities were clean and well maintained

We stayed in this hotel 3 times over 3 weeks. Each time the room was a king room but only provided with one coffee mug. Asking room service or the front desk for a second mug was a nuisance. On one occasion I even left a note under the one coffee mug asking for a second mug, written in Spanish. This didn't work.

Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Nice neighborhood to be able to walk and close to a park. We felt safe being tourist here. The hotel was very nice and clean.

Street noise outside of the building made it difficult to sleep. We felt the cost of the on site restaurant was more expensive that similar restaurants nearby.

Fantastic location, nice breakfast selection, very friendly and attentive staff. I stayed here for a total of six nights - three nights before and after a trip to the Galápagos - and would happily return in the future.

Mattress and pillows slightly too soft in one room, but not a big problem.

Well decorated and very clean. Shower is really good, in fact it was the best we’ve had in Ecuador. Everyone is very nice at the hotel and always ready to help.

Not a dislike but the hotel was not easy to spot from the road, on our arrival the taxi driver overshot it and had to turn back.

The staff is amazing just what you spect from a 5 star hotel. Very clean and modern. Location is a plus. Shops and restaurants are walking distance but also the hotel itself has an amazing restaurant and a rooftop bar. This is my fifth stay and I can say is that will be back soon

Great value for a 5-star hotel. Wonderful location right by the park. The staff was accommodating. The breakfast buffet was great. The only note is that they were slow to bring our requested items whenever asked for it (water, extra blankets, our luggage from storage).

is a solo female traveler to Quito from the US who is accustomed to 4-5 star accommodations, I was completely satisfied!! I was unsure initially since I was not familiar with the name, but feel very fortunate I made the choice to stay here for a few nights in Quito.

This is nice hotel with an amazing staff. They went out of their way to be accommodating to us. The room was nice and a good size with a great bathroom.

It was my fault, but I didn't realize that this hotel isn't close to the historic district. However, the area around the hotel is nice and lively and has a lot of eating options.
