Absolutely stunning stay at the Wyndham garden. We arrived late but a guard was on hand to help with our luggage and we were checked in immediately. The room was beautiful with all the furnishings expected of a hotel of this quality. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in, it was so soft! The rain shower was incredible and the tv was great with loads of sports. The breakfast is world class with so many options available, we loved it every morning. Located close to the metro and 2 huge shopping malls in a safe area of the city. You pay for quality with Wyndham and it was a fantastic stay for us.

Great restaurant, great staff, lovely room, good location near the park.

For the price I would expect a gym or pool to be included. When I emailed prior asking about a gym I was told that a fitness centre across the street across the road could be used for free. Upon check in I asked about it and told it was closed on Sunday - the only day I was there. I was told I could “run in the park” but there was torrential rain so that was not possible.

Room - 4 day stay in Junior Suite discounted and included breakfast. Large room, comfortable beds, good linen and towels, all very clean Breakfast - excellent breakfast buffet Location - excellent location, major shopping centre opposite, also attractive Carolina park. Good fleet of limousines. Staff - excellent in all departments

Building is decades old and therefore limited space to improve. However, good to see installation of new lifts. Corridors dark and unattractive.

Nothing in particular, except rooms looking out on Avda La Republica tend to suffer from outside traffic noise, more noticeable during night time.

This was a wonderful experience. My mom and I traveled from Cotacachi for an overnight medical test at Hospital Axxis. The staff was amazing and attentive. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The taxi service back to the hospital in the morning saved us so much stress. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was exquisite. 10/10 would recommend.

Very clean rooms with hot showers and coffee making facilities. A restaurant on site and they provide a fantastic breakfast. A long way from historical centre but easy access on the underground.

Quite noisy and prices to eat in the restaurant were significantly more than restaurants nearby.

Everything. It was clean, comfortable and safe. Location was perfect (right next to the park where you can go for a run in the morning). The breakfast buffet was abundant. And most importantly, the staff were exceptionally accommodating, friendly and helpful. Everything was smooth and pleasant.

This time booked a room with 2 doubles. Whilst room was fine, the location of the beds against the room windows still allowed outside traffic noise and to an extent a draft. No bedside lights.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were top notch. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Quito. The location was perfect to see most of the Quito area. Rooms were excellent and staff were able to help us many times.

The location is convenient. I liked the view from my room. The rooms were comfortable with good amenities. The breakfast buffet had many excellent choices. I decided last minute to book for another night due to having a late flight out. The staff was extremely efficient in helping me update my reservation.
