We loved our stay here. The service in the hotel was outstanding. The car service was very reliable and easy to use. Jonathan at the front desk was so helpful. Our waiter Henry at the hotel lobby resturant greeted us every night and was excellent. The cafe server remembered our order every morning when we stopped by for coffee. It was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a long time. Five star service and affordable. They went over and above to make sure we had a great week.

This is an exceptional hotel. The service and care is like no other. I would like to thank the staff for making it a memorable stay. The room was fabulous, large in size, had a bath and the l'occitane products were a lovely touch. The house keeping was excellent and care and thought went into every detail. I had views out the back onto the pool area. Breakfast was delicious with alot of choice and included an omlette stand. I would like to thank Fernando for taking care of me during breakfast time. The hotel has a beautiful foyer with alot of seating, fabulous decor and a grand piano.. My spa experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed using the facilities, especially the outside hot tub.

The Marriott was a fabulous 5* tourist-resort type hotel, rather than a business hotel. Our stay was unexpected, as we had to leave our Avenue of the Volcanoes hotel early and at short notice due to altitude sickness. The Marriott sorted oxygen for our room and we were very comfortable and felt safe and well taken care of. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but it looked lovely. Breakfast was great, in particular Fernando who looked after us really well.

A tad pricey but still great.

I really loved this hotel. Everything was done well, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food great, but I think it is the huge bunches of roses and gorgeous art that gives it a great ambience. I felt really comfortable and at home, which is not always the case with top end hotels, which can feel a bit cold sometimes.

It's only a little thing, but I wanted a simple directory of the hotel. I felt the QR code version didn't give a good overview.

My stay here was amazing. The hotel staff were very friendly, forthcoming, and extremely helpful. As I was traveling alone they supported me with planning and executing daily activities in and outside of the hotel. They made sure I stayed safe and advised me on what to be aware of while walking alone in the city. I also enjoyed the choice of various restaurants for lunch and dinner ranging from local food to sushi to American / European food. The facilities were exceptional (large room and bathroom, comfortable bed, beautiful outdoor pool area, spa, large fitness with many machines, weights, mats, etc., restaurants, large entry lounge with a pianist in the evening,..). Thus, it is possible to happily spend the entire day in the hotel facilities. All in all the hotel exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

The hotel is (in my opinion) not in the best location as it is a bit further away from the historical city center. However, one can reach the city center very quickly by taxi (5-10 minutes). And it is not as noisy as in the city center.

The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was great and the bathroom supplies were more than enough. The room service food was quick and delicious. The staff were helpful and there was even a fresh rose in the room.

The breakfast is a buffet and wonderful. The room was great especially the one we had with Executive package and balcony I would recommend the extra to have such a room and access to the Executive area which is a lovely place to sit and have a coffee or glass of wine The views of Quito are wonderful

There was nothing we didn't like although I would caution walking around outside with backpackson view and phones and money easily available Care is needed when out and about in Quito

Good food, wonderful, hot tub area. Staff was very helpful. Bed comfortable. Frig in room. Perfect stay breakfast included carbs, fruit and proteins eggs, cheese , etc. as a type 1 diabetic, I was able to enjoy.

The look and feel of the hotel was lovely. The sushi bar served some of the best sushi I've ever eaten and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly - especially at the spa and also one of the security guards. Location wasn't that great for a short explore on foot, but the grounds were fabulous. Liked the fact that the shopping centre was on-site and not over-priced.

Location not ideal, but fine if you don't plan to explore locally on foot.

The hotel is very good. It has everything you need for a stay. The rooms are large with comfortable beds.

There are no good restaurants or places to walk around nearby. You'll need to take a taxi to the city center for that.
