A nicely positioned hotel for all our needs whilst visiting Quito. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The room was clean and very large with plenty of relaxing seating.

This isn’t a complaint but something to make other travellers aware of…..We did have a bit of a language problem as they could not understand us and unfortunately we don’t speak their language. We booked via booking.com and had a couple of E mail exchanges with the hotel regarding an airport pick up and the responses from them were in perfect English so I was a bit surprised that we had so much trouble during our stay with language.

Beautiful and simple hotel, cool first floor with art displaces and rooftop to chill and enjoy the view. Room was clean. Breakfast was good enough to get the day going. I love the fresh fruits and hot coffee everyday. There's a food court with plenty of food selections around the corner. Close to Metro and mall. There are also a few nice bars in the area.

I was on the 4th floor, can hear some street noise when the window was opened.

Clean, modern, comfortable, with a fantastic roof-top enclosed terrace and a convenient location.

Barking dogs in the neighborhood—but you’ll find that everywhere.

From the very stylish entrance till the rooftop terrace and lounge area it is a very comfortable, sympathic little hotel near to Carolina Park. Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of fresh fruit, eggs, fruit juices, granola and more. The rooms very clean, modern, beautiful photgraphs of the most remarkable landscape highlights of Ecuador. A good choice of art objects, sculptures, wooden masks, pictures make a difference!!

Clean, comfortable and quiet room. The hotel is with close proximity to many restaurants. Staff is knowledgeable about area, polite and very helpful. Safe neighborhood. Easy ride to airport, i.e., better than if staying in Quito center.

The terrace was lovely for coffee. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very, very friendly and always open to help.

It was a little cold - for me. There was no internal heating, and that is ok. I got an extra blanket to keep me warm!

The style and design made it feel like an elegant apartment. I like the Ecuadorian art displayed throughout the facility. The staff was very accommodating. You could walk around the corner and get great food and nightlife.

The city noise

We stayed at Casa Q for 11 nights - an extended visit to see our daughter who is currently living there. We could not have found a better place. We loved the vibe of this cozy hotel. The terrace and community room on the top floor was a great bonus. Wifi was strong, showers were hot. The staff was fantastic....they were always available to answer our questions and make recommendations. The location was outstanding....we were surrounded by restaurants, a zocalo food court, and large supermarket just a few blocks away. La Carolina park was also right next door....a great place for walks. We explored many parts of Quito during our stay and concluded that our location at Casa Q was ideal!

All liked it. We had a family room. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Interesting design. Very nice people at the reception. Thank you!

In the family room, you can add shelves or hangers for clothes. There were 5 of us, and there was no place to put clothes. Plus the breakfast could be improved. But these are all trifles. In general, we really liked it!

Carol and staff were very accommodating and helpful. We were allowed to stay well beyond normal checkout time to facilitate a late flight. Airport transfer was easily arranged. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo.
