The hotel is located in a safe area, allowing for outdoor activities even at night. With the secure Carolina Park and a subway station nearby, it was convenient for both relaxation and transportation. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also features a large gym and a swimming pool, which I enjoyed for exercise and swimming.

A view to city from room window is not good. A toller apartment is faced closely to our hotel, it needs to close window with a curtain.

Hotel is great! Clean and well located. Restaurants breakfast is great!

But I am not so happy by the fact that the swimming pool and gym are part of a gym club. So it is FULL of people most of the time. I could not use these facilities most of the time. I especially booked this place with a swimming pool to be able to relax after work. And it was everything but relaxing. Disappointed.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. But the best of my stay was the buffet breakfast, it has so many options.

The room had no view, the only thing I could see were walls. The room colors were black and white, I would have preferred something more colorful and bright giving that there was not much natural light coming from the outside.

The staff met us at the entrance and took care of everything.....We were quite stressed getting to the hotel but within 5 min we were relaxed as we knew everything would be taken care of. The bags were taken, the rooms were on the floor we requested and close together but not near the elevators. Pool/suana/gym were VERY nice.

Ran out of milk at breakfast and coffee machine not working. Tv in room didn’t work ( but rectified when I advised them) and shower below standard.

The hotel it’s on an excellent location close to plenty of restaurants and caffès, as a mall and supermarkets. Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of of variety and plenty of options

Pool is shared with the Gym and don’t have too much privacy , but areas we’re comfortable and clean.

The breakfast is really good, the location is excellent! The staff is nice, and the price is correct for what you get.

It was really hot in the room, I had to call the front desk twice in order to make it better because the remote for the air conditioner didn't work.

Excellent hotel with great rooms, excellent breakfast and lovely staff. All transfers to/from airport worked very well. Everyone was professional, helpful and incredibly nice. I found Quito safe during daytime - I was walking everywhere, including to La Mariscal (a very long hike). However, I know Spanish and do not stand out.

Third year staying at this hotel, and the pros have not changed. Cleanliness, service, location…(you can get almost anything within walking distance, plus a myriad of options for food) It also feels very safe, and the breakfast buffet is abundant and varied
