So my wife wanted to splurge at the end our trip and we booked 2 nights here. We had 2 rooms but I will focus on the King Suite with Spa Bath. This room was truly a luxury room. The spa overlooked the city and it provided a relaxing environment. The hot water provided for a great shower. The curtains open as you walk into the room and set your room key, and the rest of the room is full of so much technology. There are buttons in different sections of the room to make certain things happen in the room. You have different light settings whether you want the room bright or dim, you have that option. When its time to sleep you hit the snooze button for the room, and the lights cut off and the curtains close. The hotel staff was great, and you get welcome drinks. Security was great at the hotel. You have to use your room card to access your floor and your floor only, outside of the common floors. The breakfast cost $27 if you do not include it in your booking, but it was an awesome breakfast buffet. The orange juice was so terrific. It tasted like it was squeezed in the back. So many great choices for food. Wi-Fi speed was good, and if you have the funds, I would recommend this 5 star hotel to anyone.

The hotel felt very safe and the view from the room was wonderful. The shower and beds were great, and the jacuzzi on the balcony was a very nice addition. The staff were helpful, mainly the guy who brought the suitcases, who was extremely knowledgeable and nice.

As a luxury hotel, it was a bit less than we expected. The room with two double beds felt a bit small, and the breakfast at the hotel was way too expensive, compared to the good alternatives outside of it. It's a bit far from the center, but the area is safe, and there are good restaurants, laundry service, and even a barber nearby.

The hotel is in central of Quito, close to the metro. Area of the hotel is safe. Breakfast is amazing, good swimming pool, fitness room. I really like the TV size which is in front of your bed. The bed, pillow and blanket was very comfortable. I really like that they have USB plugs every where in the room, and universal power adapter is installed, so you don't have to struggle finding your USB charger or power adapter.

The bathroom has a ventilation system which is very noisy when you turn it on. I wish it was possible to turn on the heater, although I did not freeze. I have no other issues with this hotel. I wouldn't mind to come back to this hotel again.

Very modern and quiet hotel. Rooms are very big and very week equipped. Loved the room being controlled throughout different switches (lighting, shades, etc…) Beds are confortable.

Breakfast is very poor quality, it’s not acceptable for such a hotel. Pastries, cereals, it’s all bad supermarket products. There wasn’t any bred toaster. I would expect a chef to cook eggs or omelettes as you would like but this isn’t the case, you need to order them. You only get free coffee or tea. Cappuccinos or any other drinks are at additional cost, this is unacceptable for a 5* hotel.

My wife and I live in Quito and we wanted to stay at a really nice hotel to celebrate my birthday for two nights. I reserved the King Suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony and we had a fabulous time at GO Quito Hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous and everything is first-class. All of the staff at the hotel were incredible and they could not have been more courteous and helpful. Our room was on the 16th floor and was beyond beautiful with a huge big-screen TV, a large safe to keep valuables, refrigerator and coffee maker. I really liked that instead of providing coffee pods for the coffee maker like every other hotel, there was a jar of ground coffee provided. The best part of our room however was the jacuzzi. My wife and I used it each morning before we went to breakfast and each night before going to bed. There's nothing quite like sitting in a jacuzzi at night with a view of the city lights below and each morning while we were at breakfast someone from the hotel drained, cleaned and refilled the jacuzzi. My wife and I even used the hotel gym on our 2nd morning and all of the equipment was first-rate. The location of the hotel was excellent and my wife and I enjoyed exploring the city during our stay.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like.

I write very rare reviews as I stay 50+ nights in hotels a year, only if very bad or very good. This hotel: staff (friendly), cleanness, food is outstanding. Roof Top Dinner great, but by far beyond our expectation was the breakfast - it was one of the best ones we/I have seen for years. I would give it 10+ in varity, quality - many house made items - was not expecting this from a chain (go) hotel, have seen this before only for Boutique hotels.

The hotel is super clean and has a stylish, modern feel. The rooftop restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and dinner with a nice view of the city. The rooms are spotless and thoughtfully designed with great amenities. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Plus, the hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the Old Town Square (without traffic). Highly recommended!

This is a fabulous hotel. Polished off, modern, clean, classy. Best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel anywhere - dining at its finest. With a crazy view over the mountains and Quito. The staff are all incredible. Super friendly and helpful. Nice gym! This place is a class act. Could teach big brand American hotels a few things. Well done Go Quito!!

Absolutely nothing. Oh. Maybe one more bench for the gym. That’s it!

The location was perfect, close to Parque La Carolina, restaurants and transportation. The free water and tea were welcoming. I liked the workout facilities.

The thermostat didn’t seem to work. It was always quite warm, even though we lowered it from 22°C down to 20. Also, at one point, I think the toilet leaked, because water was on the floor.

- Please put cups/glasses in the bathroom - At arrival the guest should be made aware of the facilities (gym/pool/rooftop) I wasn't - Take a minute to explain the light switches to the guest, not immediately intuitive - would be nice to be able to turn on the lights without the ventilation in the bathroom
