All was correct. Nothing exceptional but good.

I had a problem with triple charging a meal, because the credit card machine was not processing the payment. It was their problem but they didn’t solve it. I tried to speak with several people but their answer was that they could get me my money back because it was with the accounting department. I had to cancel the payment with my bank which means I spent countless hours to solve their mistake. The hotel? Never got back to me even to ask if the problem was solved. Ah as a bonus I had to pay the meal again as a room service change. Not good.

We liked the staff very much. Even the housekeeping staff were always very courteous and helpful and moved around quietly. We liked the free breakfast very much and that there was such a nice restaurant right in the hotel.

At one point, we were doing business at our bank and had to return to Hotel Finlandia for some documents. We took a normal taxi from the bank to the hotel and it cost $2. On the way back to the bank, we were offered the service of the Hotel Taxi, and we accepted, but it cost $5--more than twice as much, and, of course, no meter, so no way to complain. That we did not like, not at all. However, the Hotel Taxi to the airport was extremely comfortable and, we believe, fairly priced.

Breakfast buffet could be better - no non cow milk alternatives, no whole meal bread/rolls, cooked dishes at best tepid. Much better breakfast options at lower prices at their 227 Coffee Shop. Loved my stay here , super central, close to the Mall, restaurants, hair salons etc. The restaurant downstairs is lovely, great good and drinks on offer. Room was clean and the hotel provides water for refilling your water bottle. Gym was small but has all you need for a quick workout. Breakfast was good, variety on offer and the coffee was good!

Just a minor inconvenience. , but you have to come all the way downstairs to ask the security to let you up to the top floor where the gym is. Not a major issue as this is probably a security step & benefits guest safety. So not really a complaint, just an observation for future guests to know.

Clean, well located, good value

I asked for a late check out and agreed to the price- I wanted to pay but was told to do it only on check out. But they disabled room access early and said they didn't know I had a late check out. They were also not helpful with booking a taxi. I wanted to prebook a taxi for the airport but they said I could easily just get a cab when I want to leave. However when I was leaving, they couldn't get a cab for me and didn't even tell me. I had to go and ask several times. After 20 mins, I was told--- We can get a cab for you but only 20 minutes later. Do you want it? So 40 minutes from the point I first asked. Overall a great hotel and price but the front desk staff were not up to expectations.

Great contemporary and smart newish looking hotel with super - fluent English speaking - staff and 24 hr reception. Friendly security personnel visible always. Very comfortable bed.

Nothing noted - but unfortunately my stay was too short - arriving late and departing early.

Breakfast was delicious, I liked the choice of both savory and sweet food. The room was the right size for 2 people, spacious, with comfortable beds. Location was perfect for our trips, and for having a glass of wine and dinner out every now and then still feeling safe.

Nothing to complain about. Only, we did not need the cleaning of the room every day, because we saw it as a waste of energy and time. We mentioned that at the reception but there might have been a misunderstanding.

Breakfast was better last year, but is still good there were no hot meatless dishes besides eggs and fruit, granola and it is overcrowded. Staff did really well clearing and keeping things filled. Last year there was a few sweet offering under the croissants.

Crowded restaurant in general and then the dinner service was not good

Location is great! There are a lot of nice little shops and restaurants around the area and a huge mall at a walkable distance. The rooms are comfortable and the staff members nice and helpful. The room and hotel was bigger and cleaner than expected. I really think is value for money.

I think the breakfast needs to be improved. The first day it was in the ground floor because they were under some renovation. The area did not look clean and a bit old. The breakfast itself is poor, only eggs and couple of bread types. I also saw rice and chicken? (maybe is a cultural thing but I usually do not see as a breakfast option). In my case I usually just need coffee in the morning and the coffee was nice. So all good for me! if you are a breakfast kind of person then maybe dont get it here (there are plenty of breakfast places around)

The service and breakfast are both fantastic! If you leave too early, they arrange a doggybag for you, you have to request it, the night before!
