The hotel is excellent, and the guest service is very good—from check-in to check-out—with respectful and attentive follow-up to every request. (Thank you, Ms. Sara). The beach is beautiful, and the food quality is very good. The hotel's cleanliness is also very good.

Housekeeping needs further improvement, The beach requires more attention (chairs, umbrellas, and trash bins) and The food is very good, but it needs more variety.

Ms Sara from guest relations office was very keen to ask about family comfort during stay . .sea view chalet was great choice to stay in . A lovely summer vacation new facility. I hope to maintain same level in midsummer

Restaurant is not very good specially there was no variety in food and quality was not perfect taste

The place is brand new. Nice lobby, beautiful rooms, the pool and aqua park are great. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating, they allowed early check in and late check out.

A couple of minor things, the first is the road leading to the hotel. It was always hard for cabs to reach and the road at night has no lights. No option for soft Pillows, all 4 Pillows provided where hard ones which made it impossible for me to sleep

The view was stunning and the staff were friendly, the pool was amazing

The road for resort is little creepy specially in night, no facilties is near you have to travel about 20 mins, the breakfast is not suit for a 5 stars resort at all and the beach required more attention I didn't like it.

The beach despite having a prevention from strong waves but full of rocks and not having a gradual declination that you can not keep your balance especially for those who does not swim

We had the best time at this hotel – it’s perfect for families! The whole vibe was super welcoming and relaxing from the start. The food was honestly great – both breakfast and dinner had so many tasty options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The beach and pools were clean and beautiful, and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the sun and sea. The aqua park was a huge hit with the kids – so much fun, and something new to do every day! A big shoutout and special thanks to Ms. Sara from customer relations – she was incredibly helpful and kind from the moment we booked until we checked out. She really made our stay special and stress-free.
